It helps — useful, but not perfect. I bought the smart bulb because my bad back makes bending for switches stupid, and having remote control actually matters. Setup was mostly smooth but the app could be simpler, and I still fiddle with it sometimes, honestly.

Halfway through setup I noticed the signal dropped and the app kept timing out. The hardware itself feels solid, buttons and menus are straightforward, but Wi‑Fi sensitivity is real. Support stuck with me, changing configs instead of shipping parts — unlike other companies that just swap stuff. Good, practical help; slightly relieved.
