Lighting fixtures
I recently bought a set of 8 lighting fixtures from this company, and man, was I bummed out by the whole thing. Even though their website had good reviews, a bunch of the fixtures I got were messed up. They looked nothing like the ones in the pictures, and some of them were basically junk - they didn't even work right. On top of that, one of the fixtures was smaller than what I ordered. When I reached out to customer service, they basically told me tough luck and that I had to buy the right size again at full price. It was super frustrating and just not cool. Overall, I was let down big time by this whole situation and wish I had done more research before making my purchase.
Misleading product description
The product description online was way off from what I actually got. The quality was not good and the colors were totally not what I expected. I tried to reach out via email to fix things, but got no response or refund. Customer service was no help at all and I couldn't even talk to a manager about it.

Motorcycle lift
I should have well known better, after the price was seemingly to good to be true its because it was. Ordered three months ago given so many excuses along the way asked multiple times in writing for a refund be use they obviously had zero intent on making anything right or even shipping what i paid for anyway BECAUSE ITS A TOTAL SCAM, B.S. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THERE EVER!!!!! Anyone wants to hear or be given complete detail get back to me ill provide what u need! STAY AWAY FEOM THE A**holes

Love the selection of lamps with rechargeable batteries. We got the wall lamp one that has a sensor/night vision, great one! Also, customer service was really great too.
