Delivery itself was fine, arrived on time and packaged okay. Price felt a touch high for what it is, but the clothes are wearable. Slightly rough process, but customer service improved and I’m actually satisfied in the end.
Great mug, awkward returns
you have to email first, wait for an okay, explain why, then pay an insurance fee and postage, and send proof of postage afterwards. Felt like extra paperwork for no reason (other stores just give a QR). Service-wise that's a big downside. I'll still recommend the product, but I won't risk buying unless I'm certain I'll keep it.
