Bought this for a last-minute move—needed a quick replacement mattress, so I ordered and then nothing. Instagram comments got deleted, emails ignored, so I opened a PayPal claim. Not a great process, but I was finally satisfied when PayPal refunded me; small relief after the hassle, still wouldn't trust them again.
Morning little win
They actually work, and I’m pretty happy I picked them up. I’ve been using them this week while I’m getting ready to head out — first try I noticed less puff under my eyes. Patches come soaked (I even rub the extra serum on my lids), stick for about 10 minutes. Simple, handy, relieved it helps.
Not great for Canadian shoppers
I walked away. I was ready to spend my TYB coins and thought I’d scored a free-shipping deal during Black Friday, but it wasn’t available to me as a Canadian. I needed new stuff because I’m in the middle of a move and wanted things to arrive without extra cost — and yeah, I’m a bit stubborn about getting value for my points. The promo looked legit on the TYB page and even other members said their orders shipped free, so I went through the checkout only to see a hefty shipping fee. Customer service did answer and explained there wasn’t a validated no-minimum free-shipping offer for Canada, but they couldn’t apply any credit or code. So I canceled and felt pretty annoyed. It’s a small company vibe, I get that, but promos should be clearer, especially for international buyers. Maybe next time they’ll be transparent up front. For now I’ll wait and spend my coins elsewhere.
Not great, but it worked out
I was halfway ready to give up — nothing moved for almost three weeks and the only reply was that tired “warehouse is busy” line. I mean, sure, places get slammed, but other buyers got stuff faster so it felt like they favored US orders. Anyway, the package did arrive in the end and the item itself is fine, so I’m relieved. Still annoyed about the high shipping and customs costs, and the vague updates. Had better experiences elsewhere, so I’d shop here again only if I had patience.
