Some tubeless sleeveless and v neck dresses I am using from here since good time and really those are good by quality and fitting
These seaters are almost in more then ten different one color .Brick red,grey and blue liked also suited to me ,these are made of Cashmere wool .Very warm as I was looking for.Price wise also affordable.Solid color and long sleeve gives full cover .Easy to wash and light in weight .
Slightly disappointed by delivery this time ,probably first time.Anyway don't take as complain,keep logistics upgraded.Cute clothes for my little sis
Oh my gosh, I was about to order some clothes for my little sister when I noticed the reviews saying it's a scam! I'm so grateful for those reviews, they saved me a ton of money! I really hope those people get their money back. Huge shoutout to everyone who took the time to write those reviews, you guys are the best!
Misrepresented items
Man, the whole thing was just awful. My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the colors were all off and the stuff was clearly cheaply made. I had to keep emailing back and forth with customer service just to get my money back. It's so frustrating when companies trick you with false advertising and don't come through with what they promised.
Recent online purchase
I bought something online not too long ago, and man, let me tell ya, it was a major letdown. The stuff I got was way off in size, and the quality was seriously lacking. Talking to the company was a mess, and I couldn't even get my money back for the stuff that didn't fit right. I'd say it's best to steer clear of this company and not fall for their hype.
Tiny tops
I bought two tops from this website, thinking I got the right size based on their charts. But when my order showed up, the tops were way too small and didn't fit at all. I tried to sort things out with their Resolution department, but they weren't much help. I even tried to get PayPal involved, and they said I had to ship the tops back to China on my dime. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to give me half my money back. But now it's been 6 months and I still haven't seen a cent. This company is shady and not good with their business.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this company recently and man, I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality. The stuff I got was total garbage and didn't even come close to what was shown on their website.
Disappointing experience
My recent order has been a total nightmare. I placed it back on June 2nd and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent so many emails, but all I got back from the customer service team were useless responses. The clothes I got are cheap knockoffs and they're already falling apart. And I don't even think I'll get my money back. It's just really terrible.
Refund process
I recently had a bit of a rough time with the refund process on this website and I wanted to pass along some info to other customers. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, but I decided to take the plunge and see for myself. Unfortunately, the stuff I got wasn't quite up to snuff and I needed to get a refund. I followed the company's instructions, but the refund didn't come through like I expected. After some digging around, I learned that I could reach out to my debit or credit card company for a chargeback. This meant I could claim my money back through MasterCard or Visa, with the company that handles payments for the retailer involved. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back using this method, so I thought I'd share in case anyone else finds themselves in a similar boat. All in all, the refund process from the company wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped, but I found a fix with the help of my bank.
Wrong size, poor quality, slow delivery
My experience with this company was a total nightmare. Just like a lot of other folks, I got the wrong size item that was super low quality and it took forever to get delivered. I tried to return it like they said, but I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service was a joke and the unsubscribe button in their emails doesn't even do anything. This company needs to be called out for their shady ways, and I definitely suggest steering clear of them when it comes to shopping.
Poor quality clothing, misleading photos
The clothes I got online looked so nice in the pictures, but when they came in the mail, they were awful. The fabric was really cheap and the stitching was all messy. One top was even messed up with a twisted front. Turns out the company is based in China, which explains why they're so low quality. Now I'm having a hard time trying to send them back and I don't even know if I'll get my money back. Definitely a pricey mistake that I wish I didn't make.
Long-sleeved t-shirt purchase
Man, what a letdown! I bought this long-sleeved shirt from this company and man, talk about a disappointment. The size was way off, the design was all smudged, and the colors were all on top of each other, making it look totally grungy. I seriously can't believe they're still out there selling this kind of low-quality stuff.
Misleading sizing, wrong items, missing item
The sizing chart on this website is way off. I ordered a bunch of stuff and nothing fits right. And I didn't even get one of the shirts I bought. I reached out to them for a refund or exchange, but I can't get a hold of anyone by email. It's been super frustrating dealing with this. I wouldn't suggest buying stuff from here.
Super cute shirt
OMG, you guys, I ordered this really cute shirt and guess what? It came in a totally different color! And it's nothing like how it looked on the website, seriously. The material is super cheap and the size is like for a toddler, no joke. Learn from my mistake and avoid it!
