Gel nail polish set
I just got a gel nail polish set from this company and wow, I am seriously blown away. The products are top-notch, they last forever, and they look super stylish and on trend. Emerald colored drill bundle
I've been a loyal customer of this company for over 2 years now and I recently decided to treat myself to the new emerald colored drill bundle. Let me tell you, I was blown away! Scarlet MS drill handpiece replacement
The handpiece on my Scarlet MS drill started making this really loud metallic noise whenever I cranked up the speed to over 10 rpms. It was super annoying and made it a pain to get anything done with the drill. So I reached out to the customer service team, and they were on it right away. I shot them a video of what was going on, and they checked it out pronto. In just a few days, they had a brand new handpiece sent out to me, which totally fixed the problem. I was really impressed by how quickly they took care of everything and how nice they were the whole time. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out and so grateful for the awesome customer service from the team.
Replacement hand piece
I've had this nail tool for a couple months and out of nowhere it just stopped working one day! It was frustrating, but I decided to call customer service. They were super friendly and totally got where I was coming from. They sent me a new one right off the bat and I only had to cover the shipping costs. I was thrilled that they made it so simple and fast for me. Now I can get back to doing my nails in a jiffy, all thanks to their awesome customer service!
Rechargeable nail drill replacement
I just bought a rechargeable nail drill on Black Friday and was bummed when I found out the hand piece was messed up. But when I reached out to customer service, I sent them a video showing the problem and they quickly sent me a new one that actually worked. I was happy with how fast they handled it and got it fixed. The replacement got to me surprisingly quick, even before some of my other Black Friday orders. I really appreciate how smoothly they dealt with my issue.

The noise is actually so quiet， it's such a benefit if the noise kinda bugs you lol, is powerful and portable. Gets the job done very well, very happy with the purchase.

I bought scarlet nail drill and it's quiet good for beginners with a lower price compared to other sets. I just wanna try to do a manicure by myself first. If I can do it well I will buy more professional products from Melodysusie.

Ordered my melodysusie Nail Drill in JAN 2021. I have used it for almost 7 months. The machine was still running great! but the cord cable was a little bit loose and no longer running so i contacted the customer service. Without a question. They sent me a new one within 2 business day instead of the cable replacement. I wanted to write a review for a GREAT PRODUCT and SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!!!
