I spotted these on a buddy's Instagram. First time ordering and they sent the wrong pair — kind of annoying. I messaged their support on Instagram and they sorted it out, sending the correct shoes. Delivery was slower than I hoped. Shoes are nice though, I’m pleased.
Almost gave up
Funny thing — I almost wrote them off. Package went missing, support ghosted me for weeks and I was pretty annoyed. The item when it finally showed up felt... cheap, not what I expected, but usable for casual wear. After pushing, they finally sent a partial refund, which calmed me down. If you buy, pick tracked shipping and ask for confirmation.
Not impressed, shoes okay
I needed a few pairs for my wedding and picked three hoping to return two. The shoes feel fine - decent padding and not stiff, actually comfortable after a short break-in. Problem is the return promise on their site. No reply to emails. So I'm stuck keeping them. Service feels careless. Not a disaster, they work, but I expected better and have filed a consumer complaint.
PayPal was the only reason I got my money back
it only ended okay because PayPal stepped in. I ordered and paid for shoes in early December and by a month later they still hadn’t shown up, so I asked what was going on. Turns out they were out of stock. I spent weeks emailing back and forth trying to get a refund — endless messages, no real help — and had to open a PayPal case. That dragged on too but finally I got refunded in mid‑March. I’d be careful buying here; if you do, use PayPal, seriously.
Slightly off, still useful
I bought these because my lower back had been acting up and I needed shoes that actually felt supportive. Ordering was painless. The site was clear and the checkout took minutes. Delivery was faster than I expected, which was nice. What stood out this time was the material. The pair I bought years ago felt soft and came in a proper box. These arrived in plain cardboard and the uppers feel a bit plastic-y. That difference bothered me at first. Still, the insole is surprisingly cushioned. I didn’t expect that. It might help my back, so I’ll give it a real test soon. I also prefer EU-made stuff, and I was disappointed to see they’re likely made elsewhere now. Overall the brand is reliable though. They handle orders well and the shoes look good. Just hope the comfort holds up and the material doesn’t wear out too fast. For now I’m cautiously pleased, even if the packaging and feel were a downgrade.
Shoes gone sideways
tracking said "delivered" while I stood at the door—no package. I’d ordered a pair of supportive shoes because my lower back’s been acting up and I needed something I could wear all day without limping. Customer service eventually sent another pair, but they were the wrong style. I returned them and was told they'd deduct a shipping fee from my refund, which annoyed me but okay. It’s been months now and I still haven’t seen the refund; emails are getting no answer. Shoes might be decent, but the process was draining.
