Bought a toy here
I ordered this toy online and it finally arrived after a few days. It came in good condition, so I gave it a try and it seems to be working fine for the time being.
Vibrating Kegel Balls
The product I bought from this company was a total letdown. The quality was not great, and it didn't work as promised. I followed the instructions exactly, but it just didn't do what I expected. When I contacted customer service to ask about a refund or exchange, they were not helpful at all. It was obvious that this company only cared about selling their products, not about whether customers were happy. I suggest avoiding this unreliable source and not wasting your money on their products.
Charging cable
I bought a charging cable from here and it broke after only a week or two of using it. The quality was awful, seemed like it was made to break on purpose. I tried to look up more info about the cable on their website, but couldn't find any specifics about the type of charger it was. It was annoying not knowing which charger to get to replace the broken one. But, I did find out that I could buy another cable from them for $30.
Buy something, it's SUPPOSED to be for fun
I'm so frustrated right now. I ordered this really cool thing and they told me it was sent, but it never arrived! I even looked up the tracking number and it said it was delivered, but you know what? Nothing showed up! I reached out to them, but they totally ignored me. Not cool at all!
Oversized, uncomfortable vibrator
This vibrator was such a letdown. It was way too big to be comfortable, especially for us gals. The vibrations were weak, and the design made it keep slipping out when trying to use it. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience. I'd suggest saving your money and checking out other options instead.
Disappointing experience
I just bought something from this place and let me tell you, it was a disaster! I placed my order and then tried to check on my shipment, but I couldn't get any response. The customer service is terrible and I felt totally ignored. Don't waste your time here – find somewhere else to shop!
Non-existent confirmation email
I bought something on this site but never got a confirmation email. I waited a while, hoping it was just delayed, but now I see it's not coming. So now I have to deal with the headache of reaching out to customer service to figure out what's up. It's really annoying and such a pain.
Unreceived order after 6 months
I've been dealing with this company for six months now and it's been super frustrating. I placed an order ages ago and still haven't gotten anything. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. It feels like a total scam and I'm really let down. I'm so fed up with their lack of communication and inability to fix this situation.
Bluetooth-controlled vibrator
I have to say, despite all the talk about how great this product is, my own experience was just plain disappointing. I mean, it took a crazy long 3 months for the delivery to show up, way longer than anyone would expect. And when it finally arrived, it only worked for like 2 days before totally breaking down. And trying to get help from customer service was a joke - they just ignored me completely. I sent so many emails and messages and never heard back, which left me feeling super frustrated and like I didn't matter at all. And to top it all off, when I tried to leave a negative review on their site, they just took it down like it was no big deal. So yeah, I wasted $110 on a product that didn't deliver on its promises, both in terms of quality and customer service.
