I'm really upset with how this company treated me. The customer service was terrible, the representatives didn't seem to care or want to help. I ordered something a week ago and haven't heard anything since. It's annoying to spend money on a company that doesn't care about making sure their customers are happy. I suggest finding another place for your hair care stuff since this company isn't reliable or professional at all.

Disappointing experience
I just bought something from this place and let me tell you, it was a disaster! I placed my order and then tried to check on my shipment, but I couldn't get any response. The customer service is terrible and I felt totally ignored. Don't waste your time here – find somewhere else to shop!
