light, sat flat on the wrist, clasp was smooth and didn’t dig in. After a couple weeks the plating dulled a bit where it rubs against my jacket, nothing dramatic, but then it broke under normal wear. Contacting support felt slow (they kept escalating, which meant waiting), but they did offer a replacement instead of a refund — not ideal, but the new piece actually felt sturdier. Small things: the birthday credit they reduced was annoying, and the policy felt stingy when the first one failed so fast. Overall, skeptical at first, ended a bit relieved because the replacement works for daily use — could be better, though.
Sizing drama, but texts actually helped
one rep said distance wouldn't delay the exchange, another disagreed, so I wasn't sure who knew what. Annoying, sure, but the one bright spot was their text updates — they replied fast there, even if email was radio silence. After a few persistent texts they finally confirmed the courier had the return and pushed the replacement out, so I did end up getting what I ordered. Still, the back-and-forth and mixed messages felt sloppy and could've been handled cleaner. Overall mildly annoyed but relieved it sorted out in the end.
