    Unexpectedly okay in the end

    I unboxed it and my heart sank — device seemed dead at first. I reached out and it took a while to get answers, and yeah I had to deal with a third party and shipping costs taken from the credit they issued. Still, after the hassle I got store credit and ordered a replacement that actually works. The moment I plugged the new one in and it did what it should, I felt relieved and kind of pleased. Not flawless by any means, but it gets the job done once you push through the bumps.

    Charging issue, crumpled bag

    Got this disposable a few days after ordering and tried it right away — it would not charge, so I only took a couple puffs. I’ve bought from the site before and usually it’s fine, so I figured this one would last. The small plastic bag was crushed and nearly open when it arrived, so I suspect rough shipping. Kind of annoying, but customer service was fine last time, so I’ll probably order again, just hoping packaging’s better.

    I spotted these on a classifieds thread a few weeks back after a friend tipped me — thought, huh, looks discontinued and kinda rare. I hesitated because the Vinci Q Pod seemed like an old model and the listing only had four left. When they arrived three batteries were dead and one barely blinking, so I had to spend time coaxing them awake — slow charging cycles, resets, trial and error, a bit annoying. After a couple hours they all charged and now work fine. Skepticism mostly gone, glad I grabbed them.

    Good tank, terrible support

    it slipped and cracked (my fault, partly; I’d set it down on a cluttered table). I emailed support asking for a replacement and got no reply. A few days later someone from MVS called, asked a bunch of questions, then oddly asked my nationality. When I answered they basically said they wouldn't bother looking into it because I don't spend enough with them. Felt dismissed, and to be honest, it came off as racially tinged. Product feels good, service ruined it a bit.

When the bag showed up with loose coils and just a sliver of foil, I was like, huh? No codes, no boxes, nothing to say they were the right brand. I messaged support and they pretty much brushed it off, saying auth codes "don't mean anything" and declined to replace them properly. After being a customer for four or five years that stung. I used to recommend them; even my roommates ordered here. Now I'm leaning away — there's just too many other shops that actually care. Kinda sad, but I won't risk it again unless they sort out real packaging and basic service. Might give them one chance later.

    Feels nice, no flavor though

    I set this up one Sunday morning hoping for a chill break between calls. The Innokin Zlide actually feels pretty nice in the hand — solid, light, comfy mouthpiece — so I was kind of surprised when the two juices I ordered (Time Bomb and Zen Haus, the ones I usually like) had almost no taste. I steeped them, they gave off a strong, pungent smell, but when I vaped it was basically blank. Tried a 1.2 and a 0.5 ohm coil, swapped stuff around, still nothing. The store offered an "inspection" and maybe an exchange, which sounded vague, and they took like three days to send a short reply. Asked for a refund and then crickets. I mean, wanted it to work, but support let it down.

Their catalog's enormous and the clearance deals are real, sure, but the customer service is what makes me come back, honestly. I've told a couple friends and even hauled my roommate onto the site — he found a mod he likes. Shipping has been solid, although one package took a day longer than I expected, but nothing dramatic. It's a little imperfect, like most online shops, but overall dependable, easy to use, and I feel like they actually try to fix things when they go sideways. So yeah, I'm staying loyal for now. No reply, no update, and a month later I still don’t have the vapes or a refund. So yeah, I was briefly satisfied when tracking said it was on the way, that’s true, but the follow-through crushed it. Mildly disappointed, annoyed, and honestly I’d warn others — don’t count on support if something goes sideways.
