one email, a few photos, they sent a replacement fast and followed up until I said it was fine. That stuck with me way more than the low prices or the fancy new gear they stock. Their catalog's enormous and the clearance deals are real, sure, but the customer service is what makes me come back, honestly. I've told a couple friends and even hauled my roommate onto the site — he found a mod he likes. Shipping has been solid, although one package took a day longer than I expected, but nothing dramatic. It's a little imperfect, like most online shops, but overall dependable, easy to use, and I feel like they actually try to fix things when they go sideways. So yeah, I'm staying loyal for now. Would recommend to friends who vape.

So yeah, I was briefly satisfied when tracking said it was on the way, that’s true, but the follow-through crushed it. Mildly disappointed, annoyed, and honestly I’d warn others — don’t count on support if something goes sideways.
Mixed feelings — works but shady setup

It's fine functionally, but the business side sets off alarms. Customer service was slow and a bit evasive when I asked about manufacturing location and tax info. So, honest—if you only care about how it works, it's okay. If you care about buying from a straight-shooting company, be cautious. I tipped a friend because it saved us money, but I'd warn them to double-check credentials first.
