Evening gown
I just bought an evening gown from this store and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. They made the dress according to my size without charging me extra and it fit perfectly. The delivery was quicker than I expected, I got it in just two weeks, and I could even follow the package until it got to me. The dress looks amazing, even better than I thought it would, both gorgeous and well-made. Allen's customer service was top-notch, he answered all my questions super fast and effectively. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and I would totally recommend this store to anyone.
Its beautiful
Purchased a dress from here , it is elegant mermaid halter in pink color. The dress is just so beautiful and i wear it for my prom. I love the dress to be honest, in fact it looks really expensive too but it doesn't. Actually its really affordable. Here most of the dress looks really good but the price is cheap
i am going to buy more dresses from here in future. Also the design is just breathtaking and its so hard to find such style within a budget rate. The quality is good and the fitting is mindblowing. Custom-made dress purchase
The dress I got is really well-made, especially for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed and high-quality it is. It has good support built in, so I didn't even need to use the silicon bra I bought separately. The lining added some weight to it, making it hang nicely and not feel cheap. However, the bust area is a little too long and wide for me, so I'll need to make some small adjustments. Overall, I'm really happy with the dress, especially in the color I saw online. Now all I need is to get a spray tan to finish the look!
Bought prom dress
I ordered this dress online for prom and I was super stoked! I had been saving all my allowance for it and was really looking forward to wearing it. But after I bought it, the company just vanished 😢 They told me I could reach out with any questions, but then they never responded. Now I'm left with no dress and prom is right around the corner. I'm feeling really bummed and disappointed.

Prom dress purchase
I recently bought a prom dress online from this store. At first, the customer service was great, answering all my questions quickly. But when the dress showed up, it was nothing like what I saw on the website. It was cheaply made and didn't fit right at all. I right away asked for a refund because my prom is in two weeks and I need a dress that meets my standards. But once I asked for a refund, the customer service went silent and ignored me completely. This lack of communication and service is really disappointing and unprofessional. I really need my money back and I feel like I got scammed. I suggest not buying from this website.
Dress purchase
I just bought a dress from this company and man, was I let down. The dress I got didn't even come close to looking like the one in the picture online. The fabric was cheap, and the sequins were already coming off. I tried to reach out to them by email to figure out how to return it, but there were no instructions in the package. I tried multiple times to get help, but they barely responded at all. It was super frustrating how little they cared about customer service. In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to finally sort things out.
Dress cut stunning, not suitable for smaller busts
The dress I bought was cut beautifully, but man, it just didn't fit right because of my smaller bust. The fabric and design were on point, but it just wasn't the right fit for me. I really wish there were more choices out there that were better suited for different body types.
Prom dress purchase
So, I bought a prom dress for my daughter from this place, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The dress that came in looked nothing like what we saw on the website. The cups were way too high on her chest, the straps were digging into her skin because they were too short, and the fabric was so itchy that she couldn't stand wearing it for more than a few minutes. Plus, the color was totally wrong and the sequins were not what we expected at all. I tried talking to their customer service reps about it, but they were no help and just brushed me off. They said the dress was fine, which was a complete lie. After going back and forth with them, they finally offered a measly 30% refund, which they later bumped up to 40% after talking to their so-called "manager". And then, they had the nerve to suggest I sell the dress online. It was such a headache after spending so much money on it. Seriously, this was the worst online shopping experience ever, and I would strongly recommend steering clear of this store to anyone thinking of buying from there.
Wrong dress
I ordered this dress online, but I ended up receiving the wrong one. I tried reaching out to them via email in hopes of resolving the issue, but they were no help at all. This website is totally fake and a scam! I highly recommend steering clear of it!
Prom dress
I bought a prom dress from this company not too long ago, but it's been a headache. I ordered it on April 26th, and my prom is coming up on May 25th. Even though their customer service team told me not to worry, my dress still hasn't shown up. Then I found out that the website isn't working anymore, and my emails aren't going through to them. This whole situation has me super stressed and unsure if I'll even have a dress for prom.
