Non-delivery of package
I am really upset about how things went down with this company. I never got my package and their customer service was no help at all. It's just crazy to see all that advertising and then get no real service. Not worth the headache, that's for sure.
One-year warranty not honored
The company wouldn't honor the one-year warranty on my product and said it was my fault. I was so upset with how bad the service was.
My new blender
I recently got this really awesome new blender and I was so pumped to give it a shot! I tried it out a few times and it was working really well, but then the tabs on the cup ended up breaking...twice! And now it's leaking this strange brown oil stuff, which is pretty gross. And to top it off, it's now smoking?! That's definitely not cool. I've only been using it for short bursts, like 10 seconds at a time, so it definitely shouldn't be acting like this! I think it might be time to start looking for a replacement blender.
Faulty product, poor customer service
My Nutribullet broke after hardly using it for a year. So I tried to get it fixed under warranty, but they blamed me instead! And then they said I had to buy a new blade every 6 months. What a disaster - bad product, bad service, won't buy from them again!
Rusty blades
The blender blades rusted after just a few uses, getting mixed up in my smoothie and making me sick. I had to toss it out immediately. So disappointed!
