    A Blender that Delivers.

    I have been using the Nutribullet blender for several years now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this product. The powerful motor and sharp blades make blending and mixing ingredients a breeze. I love making smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables, and the Nutribullet makes it so easy to achieve a perfect consistency.

    Noisy blender

    I recently bought a new blender, but I was really bummed out because it's way louder than I expected. It's so loud in my small house that my cat gets scared whenever I turn it on. She ends up knocking things over as she runs to hide somewhere safe, but even up on the roof, you can still hear that blender going crazy. I've never had a blender be this loud before, not even previous versions of the same brand. I had actually bought this blender a year or two back, but I couldn't remember why I stopped using it until now. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to get rid of this blender because my cat's comfort is more important to me.

    Ever since I got this amazing product, my daily routine has changed completely. I've been using it for 7 years now and it's been smooth sailing. It's super user-friendly and easy to clean, which has really simplified my life. I use it for making smoothies and batter for pancakes that I can save for later. For those who have had blending problems, just remember it's likely a mistake on your end and not the product's fault. Just make sure not to let the blending attachment get wet to prevent rust. And if necessary, take out and clean the rubber liner to avoid any issues.

    Nutri bullet

    The awesome NutriBullet came in the mail, but we didn't get the recipe card we needed for making yummy smoothies! So, we reached out to customer service and they were really helpful. They got the warehouse to send us the missing piece. Having the recipe card was great because it showed us how to use the NutriBullet properly. The customer service team really went above and beyond for us, and we're so grateful for that. The NutriBullet itself is amazing and we enjoy using it to whip up delicious and healthy smoothies!

    Nutribullet broke after 2 months

    My Nutribullet broke after just 2 months of using it. I tried to register online, but I couldn't figure it out. On the second time using it, I noticed a burning smell, so I stopped using it right away. I cleaned it up and tried again the next day, but it wouldn't turn on at all. Dealing with customer support was a nightmare - the lady couldn't hear me, hung up on me, and then demanded a receipt for my purchase. I even tried to factory reset it, but it still didn't work. In the end, I gave up and tossed it in the garbage. I won't be buying from this company again.

    Nutribullet Ultra purchase

    I just got a Nutribullet Ultra last week and I was so pumped because I heard it was gonna be quieter than the old ones. But man was I mistaken! It's crazy loud, sounds like a rocket launch in my kitchen. I tried to reach out to the company to gripe about it, but they basically said blenders are supposed to be loud. I had a cheaper one in the past and it was definitely way more silent.

    After two months of using it a lot, the rubber on the blade started coming loose and got partly blended in. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to send me a new top with blade. They were really fast in responding and gave me great service.

    Faulty blades, incorrect order, slow refund process

    I never put it in the dishwasher and now there's this gross brown gunk in my shake. I ordered a new blade, but they sent me the wrong one. Apparently I have a different model than what it said on the label. I returned the wrong blade and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've tried calling and emailing, but I haven't gotten any response.

    The product is actually really good - makes great smoothies and other drinks. But man, the customer service was a total letdown. I must've reached out a bunch of times through email, waiting forever for a response or solution, but got nowhere. Dealing with a faulty product is bad enough, but then having to deal with a lousy customer service team on top of it? Not cool. The lack of communication just made everything worse.

    Replacement of Nutribullet Ultra 1200

    I recently picked up a new Nutribullet Ultra 1200 to replace my old faithful one that finally called it quits after serving me well for years. But man, was I let down by this new model. It puts off this strong smell like something's on fire and the noise it makes is just unbearable. The high-pitched, super loud sound is driving me up the wall. I figured maybe I just got a dud, so I exchanged it at the store for a new one, but to my surprise, the replacement had the exact same issues. The burning smell won't go away, and the noise is just too much to handle. They claim it's supposed to be quieter, but it's the total opposite. This whole situation has left me feeling pretty disappointed in the brand, especially since I've been a loyal customer for well over a decade. Guess I'll be taking back this second one too.

    Broken device within a year and contradictory warranty terms

    Well, look at this - a gadget that didn't even last a year before conking out on us. And on top of that, they have the nerve to say we need to swap out the blade in just 6 months, even though they brag about a "12-month warranty." That's some messed up stuff, making all these fake guarantees and shady moves.
