The scooter showed up with a brake that didn't work, unsafe to use. I sent video proof over a week ago, asked them to honor their return-shipping policy, and got no acceptable solution. So my pre-purchase doubts were confirmed, unfortunately; still waiting on them to fix it.

I wasn't sure at first - it looked bigger in the photos and I figured it might be clunky. The turning point was the first time I rolled right over the bathroom threshold without lifting it, basket loaded, and didn't wobble. That's when I relaxed. So yeah, I’m returning it to Amazon and will pick a different brand that actually stands behind their stuff.
Ghost number, good gadget
I saw this in a Facebook thread; a friend recommended it. I hesitated — no phone, offshore feel — but ordered anyway. The gadget works surprisingly well, seriously. Customer service, though, is email-only, slow, and the Dallas phone listed was dead. They even offered partial refund to keep it, which felt sketchy. So yeah, product impressed me, business practices left me uneasy, still mixed feelings
