Weird first impression — I saw them in an Instagram ad and, after a friend tipped me off, I signed up for the free trial. Liked the boxers, actually, and even paid the extra month and got a second pair, so product-wise I'm... pleasantly surprised. Problem is the billing and the app. I canceled with a month's notice, my account shows inactive since Feb 26, but the app keeps saying a payment's due and they try to charge me every few days. I messaged support several times, radio silence. So yeah, good underwear, annoying billing and no replies. Would use the product again but don't trust the payments anymore though.
Not-so-free pants saga
read the tiny terms. If you see something too good to be true, it probably is. Tip: use a throwaway card or triple-check the T&Cs. As I type, another unwanted pair lands on the doorstep.
Mid-package disappointment
the first try errored out, the second went through but still came incomplete. I called customer service and ended up being told it was my mistake. They asked me to return the hoodie even though I’d already cut the tag off, because I assumed the order was correct. They wouldn’t admit a system fault or that I’d redeemed points twice; instead it felt like I had to prove everything. Delivery itself was fine in timing, but the contents were wrong, and the follow-up service was dismissive — that’s the bigger issue. The tracksuit top fits and the material is good enough; it’s not perfect but it works. Still, dealing with returns and being blamed drained the experience. I’d be cautious and check receipts closely, and I won’t be recommending them to friends after this.
Pretty look, annoying cancel policy
I signed up back in March because the bright designs looked fun, and the first couple boxes were fine — colors matched and all. After a few months the stuff started to feel lower quality, but what really bugged me was canceling. I emailed them weeks before the next shipment and they still charged me and sent another box. They’ve got this long notice period so even when you try to stop it, you’ll likely get billed again. Packaging is decent and the designs are fun, I’ll give them that, but the billing/customer side left me annoyed and disappointed.
Subscription and boxers letdown
they faded a lot after one wash (no dryer used) and the fabric turned kind of prickly and plasticky, not soft. I thought it'd be an easy way to mix designs and spread the cost, but nope. If you're unsure, try a one-off first.
Missing pants, messy fix
I was on the fence about using my €200 in points — I mean, what if the site ate them, right? Sat there half convinced not to press buy, but went for it. Then the site hiccuped twice and I only got the hoodie even though I had clearly picked the full tracksuit. That was annoying. Customer support kinda acted like it was my fault, and then asked me to send the hoodie back (without the tag? weird), wait for them to process it, and pay shipping again — twice — to correct what looked like their glitch. It dragged on for weeks. I ended up ordering the pants separately and covering all delivery costs myself. On the plus side, I did get everything in the end and the hoodie itself is fine, so a small relief there, but the whole back-and-forth was unnecessary. If you’re going to use points, screenshot everything and be ready to push back. I’m glad the product quality met expectations, but honestly they could’ve handled the fix way better. Hope they sort out the system and be kinder to loyal customers.
