Quick cart plus November 6, 2020

This is my revise review from my first review on my recent purchase on tennis cart. I recently purchased a tennis cart from on court off court. Somehow I only received a bag, without a cart which I paid $25. In my mind I thought I was getting quick cart plus which included bag and cart for $25 when the pictures they posted was quick cart plus on the website. I was upset when I only received a bag. I immediately contacted customer service on many attempts without a response. I then email the customer service. Within days I received a response from VP Kalindi Dinoffer. He Apologized that it was a technical issue on this new website and assured it would be fixed. He offered to send me a complementary quick cart plus. I was very impressed how prompt I received the item from the marketing director Lauren Orteaga. I just want to say thank you for fixing the problem and offering the excellent service.
