Refurbished phone with screen protector.
The refurbished phone I got from Orchard Labs came quickly and looked brand new. I was happy to see that the screen protector I got was already on there - a nice surprise! But when I started setting up the phone, I got a message saying that the battery and screen weren't real Apple parts. They didn't tell me that when I bought it online. I'm not great with tech stuff, so I wasn't sure if that would make the phone work worse or be worth less if I wanted to sell it. But so far, the phone is working fine, and I think I got a good deal on it.

I recently picked up a phone from Orchard Labs and let me tell you, it was in fantastic shape! It arrived earlier than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. The only hiccup was that the screen protector was already on the phone when it got here. My son really wanted to put it on himself, so he was a bit disappointed that it got messed up in one corner. We even got a new case for it, but unfortunately, it couldn't protect the screen protector.
Used phone and charging cable
I found a used phone at Orchard Labs pretty easily and they gave a lot of info about its condition, which was cool. The phone got here fast and looked good, so that was a relief. Only thing was, the charging cable they sent wasn't right for my phone. The plug only took USB-C cords, but the cable they sent was USB-C to USB-A, so it was no good for my USB-C port. It was annoying to have to go buy another cable just to use the charger right.
iPad 7 purchase
This was actually my fourth time ordering a used electronic device, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The iPad 7 I got was in great condition, just like they said on the website. Even after using it for a few weeks, everything's still working perfectly. The delivery was right on schedule and their communication was really good. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase from Orchard Labs.
Purchased multiple phones for kids
I've bought a bunch of phones from this company for years now, and I've always been happy with what I got. The phones show up quick, work great, and give me good bang for my buck. As a parent of two kids who are always losing or breaking their phones, it's nice to have a trustworthy supplier that sells good quality used phones.
Refurbished iPhone purchase
I got a refurbished phone recently and it's awesome! It looks practically brand new, all clean and shiny. The screen protector was already installed and there weren't any bubbles! Plus, it arrived really quickly and shipping didn't cost me a thing. I'm really pleased with my new phone, thanks to Orchard!
iPhone purchase
I recently got a slightly used iPhone from Orchard Labs and it was so easy to transfer all my stuff over from my old phone. They also gave me some suggestions on how to repurpose my old phone instead of throwing it away. The customer service was great and they even followed up with an email to check on everything. Orchard Labs, you're doing a fantastic job - we'll definitely be returning for more!
iPhone SE 2022 purchase
I recently bought the newest iPhone SE from Orchard Labs and I'm really happy with my purchase. The phone came quickly and was exactly what I expected. It's been working perfectly since I started using it. The only problem I had was that the clear phone case was missing from my order. But when I contacted customer service, they fixed it right away and sent the case to me.
In-person visit at a physical store
During my recent trip to Liberty Village, I met this super helpful customer service rep. They really knew their stuff and took the time to listen to what I was looking for before suggesting the perfect product. I felt good about my decision thanks to their expertise. I had a great time and definitely would tell others to check them out.
Used phone purchase
The phone I bought used was exactly what the seller said it was - in 'Like New' condition. It came quicker than I thought it would, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. They even sent me a text to let me know it was coming, and another one to make sure I was happy with it.
New phone with Sim card
I just got a new phone with a SIM card from here, and it was my second time buying an iPhone from them. The service and customer support were awesome, so convenient!
Phone purchase
I recently got a phone from Orchard Labs and the whole experience was great. The phone was in awesome condition and it was exactly what I was looking for. I also sold my old phone to them and got a good price for it. They kept me updated and communicated well throughout the whole process.
Replacement iPhone with non-genuine parts
The iPhone I got from Orchard Labs was supposed to be "Like New," but turns out the screen and battery were actually replaced with knock-off parts. They didn't tell me this until after I received it, which seems pretty shady to me. I thought they were all about honesty and quality, but I guess not.
Quick online purchase
The online buying process was fast and easy, which was super convenient because I could get what I needed without having to go out. But man, I was bummed when my order took way longer than I thought to get to me. It ended up being 10 whole days before I finally got my package in Los Angeles. And then, to make matters worse, the link they sent me in the email with setup instructions didn't even work - it just led me to an error page. So annoying! I had to look up all the info on my own. Overall, online shopping is cool and all, but slow delivery and wrong info definitely put a damper on things.
Black phone case
The website was so easy to use, I could easily compare different phone cases. I thought I was ordering a black phone case, but when it came, it was actually transparent! I decided to just keep it since I've been using it for a while now and it's still in great condition. I really wish I had gotten the color I wanted, but at least the website was user-friendly.
