Quick and efficient service
I recently bought something from this website and it was a pretty good experience. They didn't have the item I wanted originally, but the customer service people let me know right away by email. They gave me the option to get a refund or pick something else, which I thought was pretty straightforward and cool.<br><br> I chose another item and it came in the mail quickly and without any problems. The package was packed securely, and the product was just like how they described it on the website. Overall, I was happy with the service I got from them. <br><br> Thanks for being so quick and helpful!
Purchased glasses online
I just got a new pair of glasses online and even though they took forever to arrive after I paid a pretty penny for them, I was starting to get frustrated. But once they finally came, I was happy with how nice they were. They seemed legit and were really well put together. Unfortunately, the coating on the lenses started to look messed up after it got really hot out. I contacted Otticanet's customer service about it, and they were amazing. They sent me a new pair of lenses right away. Their professionalism and customer service really impressed me. So if you're thinking about buying from them, I say go for it.
COOL !
I usually dont like wearing glasses but damn this one is a seriously cool one. They have really awesome collection which actually suit different faces, i bought three sunglasses from here, two for me and one for my sister. We loved it and the shades are really good . the colors suit our skin color and fit us perfectly there are some good discounts which make the buying much affordable and i like it . There are good quality frames and the customer care helped us to return the one which got not that great without much hassle.

Ordered my 5th pair yesterday
I just ordered my 5th pair of sunglasses yesterday and let me tell you, this website is the bomb! They ship super quick and always have what you need in stock. Other places like ez contact are the worst - they never have anything in stock and make you wait forever just to end up canceling your order. Ordering here is a breeze and the best part is, out of the 5 times I've ordered, I never had to contact customer service for anything. It's always a smooth, stress-free, and pleasant experience. Sunglasses return
I just had to send back some sunglasses I bought from Otticanet because they weren't really what I wanted. Even though I was kind of bummed they didn't meet my expectations, I was actually impressed with how quick and smooth Otticanet handled everything. Their customer service crew made it super easy for me to start the return process, and I got my money back in no time. New glasses that are super cool
I was so nervous about buying glasses online because of a bad experience I had before. But let me tell you, this place is amazing! They shipped my glasses crazy fast, the prices are fantastic, and they even refunded me when I accidentally ordered two pairs. They also helped me dodge some extra costs on taxes and duties. The only bummer was that the packaging was a little janky, but luckily my glasses were perfectly fine.
Valentine's Day sunglasses
I found these really awesome sunglasses for my mom for Valentine's Day at this place and it was seriously a breeze! They were much cheaper than at the store and they even came all the way from Italy which I thought was pretty neat. I saw these sunglasses on a celebrity and just had to order them. I was so happy when they showed up much sooner than I thought they would. I ordered some clip-on sunglasses online because I lost my regular prescription ones. My pink sunglasses
When I got my sunglasses, I was pumped because the packaging was super cute! But man, I was totally bummed when I realized they were turning my hair pink every time I wore them. I even had my BFF try them out and she had the same issue. It was a letdown because they looked so cute, but they just didn't mesh well with my hair color. Ugh, total bummer!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses but received a totally different color than I wanted. I have been trying to reach the company to request an immediate replacement and have not received any updates to this request for several days. I have e-mailed and left three voicemails and no response. I would not buy again from this organization. I am proceeding with disputing charge with charge card company.
Tom Ford Eyeglasses
On Feb-01-2021 I bought a pair of Tom Ford eyeglasses for US$ 250,51.
In the same day they sent me an e-mail suggesting me to change for another color available at that time, witch I didn't like it.
A few days later my order (dark Havana color) was canceled and the money refunded to my credit card.
On Feb-27-2021 I was charged again (US$ 250,51) on my credit card and then I sent an e-mail to Otticanet asking for a new refund, which by this date ( Mar-05-2021) I didn't get an answer.
I'm very frustrated with their service and still waiting for an answer and refund.
So, my advice is, think twice about buying from this company.
