Jewelry purchase
OMG, I was so pumped when I finally got my jewelry in the mail. But then, like, a month later I received a bill from UPS for an extra 20% of the price! That is NOT okay! They didn't even mention this extra cost on the website, it's almost like a scam!!! I was so angry and let down, like seriously, not cool at all.

Pamela Love used to be a good quality jewelry band, but I feel like the quality has gone downhill since about 2015. I got the spike earrings and the backs used to fall out, so I returned them. I also bought a moonstone ring and the stone fell out after about 4-5 times wearing them. I loved it so much that I spent money to repair it, but still, I get a longer life on mall jewelry that I bought 10 years ago! My boyfriend bought me a lapis ring this Christmas, but the lapis already faded after TWO DAYS, which means they are cutting corners and using fake dyed stones instead of the real semi-precious gems. Get it together please, the designs are classic and beautiful but the quality of the stones really suck.
