flashing error codes, calls to customer service, packing up the unit and shipping it back. They handled the first replacement okay, but it died after a few months with the same overheating codes. After round two of phone trees and instructions, they sent another unit and even asked me to cut the cord off the old one to prove it was unusable. At that point I was tired, honestly. When the third machine arrived and showed the same error right out of the box, I decided I’d had enough. The moment I felt satisfied wasn’t because the product impressed me—it was when customer service finally agreed to refund me and told me I didn’t have to send anything else. That closure mattered. It wasn’t perfect: lots of back-and-forth, wasted time, and a product that cost way more than it should for this hassle. I’ll give them credit for eventually issuing a refund without dragging it out forever, and the delivery and ordering were straightforward. But quality control seems shaky, and asking customers to repeatedly return or destroy units is not great. If you’re buying this based on a demo at someone’s house, be cautious. My takeaway: good to know the company can refund, but don’t expect a quick, trouble-free experience. I won’t recommend this line of appliances to friends anymore, even though I appreciate the refund and the final closure — that’s the only reason I’m not angrier about the whole thing.
