I ordered a "6 year" skirt set that could fit a 1–3 year old, honestly. Tossed my son's hoodie in with it and the whole load came out tinted black, which was a surprise. Jacket feels paper thin and cheap, they sent baby stuff I didn't order. Customer service wanted me to reorder with a discount — no thanks. Weirdly the zipper was actually smooth, small win.
Mid-unpack surprise
Halfway through unpacking I actually paused — the box arrived earlier than expected and the tracking emails were spot on. Clothes matched the photos, which surprised me after other sites’ misses. Customer support was friendly when I asked one tiny question. Felt human, not robot. Small price gripe, but overall happy and really relieved.
Almost messed it up
Wasn't sure about ordering — worried about sizes and holiday shipping — but I ordered a few pieces for work and lazy weekends. I typed my old address by mistake, so the order was returned. Customer support gave me full credit after a couple days (weekend + pre-Christmas rush), and Susie B was chill and helpful. Still a little anxious at first, but I'm relieved and like the clothes and care.
Tiny shirts, big headache
By the time I realized the outfits were more doll-sized than kid-sized, I'd already unpacked several boxes — great timing, huh? I needed new clothes fast because my toddler had outgrown everything. I sent photos, order info and polite emails (probably like ten of them) asking for a return or exchange. Crickets. The return window shut and nobody followed up. Clothes were okay, but the support ruined the whole deal.
Almost gave up, glad I didn't
I almost expected no answer I messaged them the day before the Fourth of July about decorations for my son’s baby shower. To my surprise they wrote back fast, wished us well and sent a $15-off code, that helped since I was scrambling. In other times, using my mom’s account, I got a 15% first-time-user code, so the discounts vary, a bit confusing, but people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I use them for small family parties and I’ll order again.
Almost didn't buy it
I almost didn’t buy from PatPat — those low prices made me suspicious — but I ordered a few outfits for the twins last month and I'm glad I did. First day they were comfy and soft, and they survived a tumble in the dryer (phew). I was worried about weird fabrics and fit, but sizes were pretty true and colors stayed. Delivery was quicker than I guessed, so yeah, I’ll probably order again, curious what else they have.
Almost didn't, glad I did
when I used my mom's account before I got a first-time 15% code, so discounts seem to stack or they just try to be nice. Support was super friendly and I'll definitely order again, 100%.
Midnight cancellation saga
don’t expect reliable delivery, and double-check before ordering.
Surprised by the delivery
checkout felt clunky on mobile, had to reload once, but I'll give them another shot.
Caught My Eye
I clicked through a few pages and honestly I was pleasantly surprised — everything looks clean and not cluttered. The product photos are great, really bright and zoomable, which helped me compare details without guessing (wish they'd add short videos though). Menus are obvious, filters for price, color and ratings made finding stuff fast. Prices seem reasonable for what you get. Payment & shipping info is right there, and the FAQ/live chat made me feel less anxious — returns are spelled out too. Overall smooth, I'll probably order and I'm kind of excited to try one.
Nice photos, poor fabric
I pictured cozy little onesies for my newborn nephew - something soft against his skin - so I ordered six items (onesies, a couple wool-labeled pieces, and some marked 100% cotton). I needed decent fabric because my sister’s baby has sensitive skin and we don't compromise on that. The photos online looked great, but when the box reached Seattle the clothes felt flimsy, thin, and the prints already looked faded. Some "wool" pieces were rough, not warm or soft. I paid in rupees and honestly don't know where it shipped from, which just added to the disappointment. Won't buy again.
Not-so-free returns
There I was, ripping open the package on a Tuesday evening and thinking, huh, not bad at first glance. I tried them on right away — wrong fit, fabric felt cheap — so I clicked return. Big mistake. It took forever to even reach a live person, and when I finally did they asked a million questions like they were interrogating me. Then, after the runaround, ok you can send it back — but you'll pay $30 shipping. For two tiny pieces. Great. Delivery itself was fine, arrived when expected, but customer service made the whole thing a mess. If you're counting on that 'free return' claim, don't. Took way too much time and patience. Left me pretty annoyed, honestly.
Pretty helpful, not flawless
I actually saw this on a mom's Instagram post and told my sister to check it out, so that’s where it started. Package was late — turned out to be a carrier problem, not the seller — and I was annoyed, but customer service was calm and actually listened. They refunded me and said I could keep what I ordered, which saved me the return hassle, so that felt...nice, honestly. The stuff itself is comfy, soft enough for everyday wear but a bit thinner than I pictured, you know? Fits true to size though. Conversation with the rep felt real, not robotic, which I appreciated. I’ll probably order again, but I’ll keep an eye on shipping timelines next time, for sure.
Half worried, pleasantly surprised
quick replies, actually listened, and offered a refund while letting me keep the item. That felt like someone caring, not reading a script. The sweater fits into my regular rotation now; I wear it a lot on quick trips and at home. So yeah, I went from skeptical to pretty happy. Small hiccup with delivery, but the people fixed it and totally relieved.
The turning point in the mess
a polite rep called, agreed to sort the refund for the duplicate, and walked me through the refund appearing on my card. It took time and patience, but that single clear action made me relax — it showed someone actually owned the mistake. I’m still annoyed about the extra hassle and wish returns were easier up front, and that delivery checks were better. If you order, double-check everything when it arrives and keep calm but persistent with support. Overall, not great at first but redeemable if you get the right person on the line.
Lost my Christmas money, seriously
don’t order from these folks — I paid close to $400 and never got a thing. I’m a single mom on a fixed budget, so that hit hard. I ordered a couple of kids’ coats (size 5 Minnie varsity and a Barbie one) and other stuff for holiday gifts, thought I found a good deal, paid up, and then nothing arrived. I emailed them, waited, and still no answers — it’s just radio silence. I’ll be talking to a lawyer Monday and I’m filing with the BBB, because I can’t just let $400 disappear. Wish I’d read the bad reviews first, live and learn, I guess. If you’re thinking of ordering: double-check reviews, maybe use a card that lets you dispute charges, and don’t assume it’s fine just because the site looks nice. I’m upset but trying to stay practical — I’ll keep pushing for a refund and I hope they fix this mess before more people get burned.
Good fit, lousy follow-up
I was actually pretty happy when the box arrived. I’d ordered a dress to match the family outfits for Easter and it looked right. I tried it on, it fit, so I folded it back in the bag and set it aside. A few days later I washed it like I always do before wearing new stuff. When I hung it up to dry I noticed something weird — the skirt was sewn so the slit ended up in the back. It was backwards. I’d never worn it, only tried it on, so I reached out and sent pictures. Problem was, it was past their 30‑day window. I explained it was defective and asked for a replacement. That’s all I wanted. They offered me a refund instead. Fine, except I got it on sale and now if I want the same dress I’ll pay more plus shipping to reorder. So I either lose money or lose the matching outfit idea. Customer service wouldn’t budge. They kept saying past 30 days, no replacement, just refund. That part annoyed me a lot. The fabric and fit were actually pretty nice though, and I’m genuinely glad the dress itself was comfortable and looked good when I tried it. Just disappointed by how the return was handled and that it cost me extra to fix something that wasn’t my fault. Also couldn’t upload the photos to show them, which didn’t help. Anyway, nice dress, shaky experience. I expected better.
That catchy ad almost stopped me
the ad song is still obnoxious to me. It’s the kind of tune that gets stuck and makes me roll my eyes every time it pops up on YouTube. That didn’t change — I’d prefer they swap it for something less relentless. Service and delivery were fine though, no drama, stuff arrived on time and the packaging was neat. So would I recommend? If you need decent, cheap kid clothes and don’t care about the marketing noise, go for it. If jingles drive you nuts, maybe mute the videos first. Overall happy with the clothes, mildly annoyed by the marketing.
Tiny-jingle, big-relief
I’d had worse with other brands that shoved music down my throat, but PatPat surprised me by being… fine? The ordering was straightforward, no weird hoops, and the checkout didn’t try to up-sell me into oblivion. Packaging was okay, a little squish here and there, but nothing tragic. Customer service answered without that robotic “we care” spiel, which I appreciated — real person, real answers. Price felt fair, not rock-bottom but decent for what showed up. Delivery arrived sooner than I’d braced for, which was a bonus because I’d already built the drama in my head. I’m not saying I’m their biggest fan now, but I’m glad I don’t cringe every time I open an app. Grateful it was pleasant, honestly. If you’re like me and expect the worst from online ads, this felt like a small mercy. Would buy again if the tunes stay optional.
Pink baby onesie
I just bought a pink baby onesie from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how fast their customer service responded. Romie from customer service reached out to me by email within a day, and not only was the reply quick, but it was also really professional and helpful. I always love it when companies put effort into their customer service, and this definitely makes me want to shop here again in the future.
