I ordered a hat that turned out way too small and it even had a faint stain — bummer. I boxed it up and sent it back, not expecting much because I've had companies ghost me before. This time though, the customer service team surprised me. I called a couple times, not every day but enough to make sure it was moving, and each time someone picked up, explained where the return was in the system, and followed up by email. Delivery both ways was faster than I thought — return tracking worked and it arrived back to them without drama. A week after they got it I saw the refund hit my account, plus they offered a small coupon for my trouble. Felt genuine, not just a scripted reply. I’m honestly relieved and happy I didn’t have to drag it out. Glad they handled the snag quickly. Will consider buying again because of the solid service and smooth delivery.
Soft fabric, strange sizing
I tore open the box on a lazy Tuesday, expecting just plain tees. I almost didn't buy them because the price and the sizing were unclear. Glad I took the chance. The fabric is shockingly soft and holds up in daily wear — I even wore one around the house and to a quick coffee run. Size was off though, way bigger than listed, sleeves like they're made for a gorilla. I tried email and chat to swap. No reply. That part's frustrating, but shirts themselves? Really nice. Will get tailored.
Finally some real help
I honestly had huge doubts before I ordered — boots for my husband as a Christmas surprise, and I kept thinking, "Will they fit? Will returns be a nightmare?" They shipped fast, which felt great, but when the boots turned out too big the fun kind of faded. We followed the return steps on their site on December 29, waited, and then… crickets. I emailed, called, waited some more, and eventually opened a dispute with my credit card because nothing was happening. That part left me annoyed and a bit stressed; this was supposed to be useful winter footwear for his daily errands and weekend yard work, not an ongoing headache. Then I found another number and talked to Asia Cox. What a relief. She actually picked up, listened without rushing, and promised to look into it. A little while later she called back and walked me through what needed to happen. She sorted it with the credit card team and said she’d follow up once the dispute cleared — which is exactly what she did. So my skepticism went from "this is going nowhere" to "okay, crisis averted." I’m not thrilled about the radio silence at first — that part needs fixing — but Asia turned the whole thing around with patience and real effort. If they reward employees who save customers time, she deserves it. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but I’d keep a closer eye on return communications next time.
