Ely was absolutely awesome! She was super helpful and friendly when I called to place my order. I was having some trouble with the website causing a security alert on my computer, but Ely walked me through everything on the phone and made sure I got all the things I needed. She even talked me into signing up for a monthly subscription, and I'm so happy she did because the product is just fantastic.
Litter subscription, timely delivery, easy order changes, excellent customer service, odor control, low maintenance, cat-approved.
I've been using this litter subscription for a while, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. They always deliver on time, which is super important for pet stuff. I contacted customer service to add something to my monthly subscription, and I was so happy with how fast and helpful they were. New clumping litter order
I just ordered the new clumping litter from this company I've been a customer of for years. I've always liked their current litter, so I thought I'd give the new one a try. I reached out to customer service through their chat and talked to Raj. He was really quick in helping me out and even thanked me for my positive feedback. I'm pretty sure the new clumping litter will be just as great as the one I'm using now.
Best litter ever
I wasn't sure at first about all the good things I heard about this litter, but I gotta say, it totally surprised me. It's been almost a month now and my litter box still looks and smells great. Even with my unfixed male cat, there's no odor at all. My cats are happy, and so are we. I definitely suggest giving it a try.
