Returns issue resolution
I had a problem with a carrier losing half of my package when I tried to make a return recently. But let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! Marie, Anna, and Helena were so great in keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They made sure I knew what was going on and didn't feel ignored. Their communication skills were on point. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out, and I have to say, they did an amazing job. I felt so relieved to have such helpful and friendly people guiding me through the whole process. The problem got fixed quickly, and thanks to the updates, the waiting time wasn't too bad. Overall, I am super happy with how everything was handled. The customer service team really knocked it out of the park!
Heels
I got these cute heels from the store but messed up the shipping address when I ordered them. I shot an email to customer service as soon as I noticed the mistake, even though it was pretty late. To my surprise, they got back to me the next morning. The rep I talked to was super nice and let me fix the address. The heels showed up in just a few days with no problems. I'm really impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Thanks for sorting everything out so fast!
New shoes, amazing customer service
I honestly never thought I'd write a review, but I gotta say, I was so impressed by the customer service I got from one person. I had a problem with something I bought, but they handled it super efficiently and got it sorted out real quick. No hassle, no arguing, just a smooth and satisfying fix. I feel really good about this company now and I'll definitely keep coming back for more orders.
Awesome scandals, loved their variety and style
Quality concerns me but most of the time, you find great brands for shoes but still missing the variety, some X factor, somthing different or giving options to choose.
Thats one primary reason why I loved public desier for.

I messed up and ordered the wrong size for one item in my order, but thanks to the amazing customer service, they fixed it super quick. I shot them an email explaining what happened, and within a day, they updated my order without any issues. This just made me love this company even more, and I'm grateful for how fast they fixed my mistake. Thanks!
Shoes
The shoes I bought were really nice for the price. Customer service got back to me quickly when I had questions, but there was a small hiccup with the order confirmation. When my order arrived in two different packages, I was a little worried at first, but the customer service team cleared it up for me. In the end, the shoes fit really well and I'm happy with my purchase.
Cute shoes, fast delivery, wide feet
The shoes I got were so cute and came super fast. But they were too tight on my wide feet, which was a bummer. I sent them back and got my money back really quick, in just two days. Overall, the service was great and I'll for sure think about buying from them again next time.
Boots
Do not ever buy from here again. They are literally scammers. No update on my order after two weeks. No customer service help at all. I do not recommend.
