Two jackets
I got two jackets from that store, but they totally sent me the wrong sizes. One was supposed to be for grown-ups, but it looked tiny like it was meant for kids! And the other one was supposed to be for my son, but it was way too tight for me. They didn't even give me any details on how to send them back. That's not cool at all!
Black leather jacket
Watch out when ordering from this site. Their customer service is seriously lacking. I bought a black leather jacket that ended up being low quality. When I reached out to customer service to ask for my money back, they gave me some crazy alternatives and tried to dodge giving me a refund. Even though I did everything right, it's been over two months now and I still haven't gotten the full refund they said I would. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't care about its customers and doesn't handle refunds correctly.
Spot T-shirts and shorts purchased
I just bought some neat T-shirts and shorts from PunkTrendy, but it's been a letdown. I got a confirmation for my order, but it's been two weeks and still no sign of my stuff. I've tried contacting customer service through email multiple times, but no response. The lack of communication and unreliable service from PunkTrendy is really disappointing. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
pajamas
I was so pumped to get my new PJs from this cool site, but when they came, they were totally not what I thought. The fabric was cheap and itchy, and the colors were all off. Such a letdown!
Misleading product images
My experience with this company really let me down. I got three things, but when they got here, two of them looked nothing like the pictures online. They were bad quality and looked super cheap and poorly made. When I talked to customer service to ask for a refund, they tried to push me to take a discount instead. It didn't make sense to me why I'd want a discount on stuff that wasn't what I thought I was getting. After pushing to send them back, I found out I had to ship them all the way back to Asia and pay for it myself. That just added to the frustration, since it was an unexpected cost and hassle. Overall, they weren't honest about what they were selling, and the customer service was bad, so I left feeling really disappointed.
