Overall I'm glad I used them, even though there was a weird communication hiccup. The rep I talked to was friendly and tried to help, but when my tuner acted up they went quiet and I had to follow up — annoying, sure. After nudging they came back and fixed part of it, so it worked out. Had worse service elsewhere, so I'd recommend with a caveat.
Good packaging, no support
I replaced a part on my daily commuter with one from raceme.eu and at first it looked solid — good fit, nicely packaged, that was the weird part. Within a week my car started acting up in ways I'd never seen, and reaching out to support got me nothing, no reply. Now I'm stuck paying a mechanic to undo their mistake. Really disappointed, would warn friends to be careful, so yeah.
Really wanted this to work
weak throttle response, a bunch of dash codes, sluggish feel and heavy smoke (seemed like overfueling). I told the rep and they said they’d fix it, no problem. That was in January. Months later I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed a couple times a week, tried to be patient, offered more info — crickets. I’ll be honest, I messed up taking a chance on a semi-unknown after a forum tip, but I also expected follow-up when the tune clearly caused problems. Emotionally, it’s just disappointing more than angry — I wanted help, not silence. If you’re considering them, factor in that initial quick response can stop after payment, and you might be left troubleshooting alone. If they ever reply and actually fix it, I’ll update this, but for now I can’t recommend based on my experience.
