Quick delivery, superb quality. What's not to love!
Wrist Watch
I originally bought a watch from them in early June and I was very excited to receive it, but when it came in the mail it appeared as though it had been through heck and back and was completely damaged. This was clearly USPS's fault as the packaging was basically torn open and so I got in contact with Maria at customer services to explain. She was incredibly helpful and provided me with a pre-paid return label to send it back and had a replacement issued immediately. The new watch came and I've barely taken it off since! Overall, great service - they really care about their customers and I will definitely be shopping again!

Beautiful looking watch with the quality expected of Ralph Christian. Delivery was delayed due to corona but overall a perfectly good experience.

Bought 2 watches from these guys in late July. Took a little while to come but that's to be expected in the current climate, what with covid and all.
Overall, I like them - they look really impressive in person and I definitely think they look better than the photos. I've already gotten compliments on them, so will definitely be looking for future products from these guys as well!Mens Watch
Bought a watch from these guys on 7/15 and it came on 7/17 - very fast shipping! Overall very happy with the watch, it was for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it!

Bought a watch early July off these guys and it took a while to come which is to be expected in the current climate. It came damaged but it appeared that this was most likely due to USPS more than anything else - as the packaging showed signs of impact. I spoke to a rep at the company and he was very helpful, they provided me a pre-paid return label and replaced the item for me. Overall, very satisfied with both the watch and the customer service. Keep it up!
Fabulous Men's Watch
I bought a watch for my husband. Super quick delivery. There was a slight issue with my shipping address (my own fault) which Maria from Customer Services resolved immediately. The watch came in the most amazing box and the quality of the watch is great for the price. My husband has quite a few watches and this has quickly become his favourite! I wish they did ladies watches! 100% recommend this A* company!
