images wouldn’t load, Explore wouldn’t show other creators, and yet credits kept vanishing from my account. I tried different browsers, cleared cache, even went through their basic troubleshooting steps. No luck. What really rubbed me the wrong way was how the support looped me. I sent screenshots, links, ISP info — the usual — and then they asked me to run a packet capture and send a .pcapng file. That’s asking a paying customer to play network analyst. I’ve dealt with a few other startups where support at least offered a refund when things were clearly broken, so this felt off. After about twenty emails they finally cited a 24-hour refund policy and said no refund since some credits were used. But those credits were deducted while the platform wasn’t working, so it feels unfair. One small surprise: one of the replies sounded genuinely apologetic and said they’d escalate, which gave me hope, but nothing fixed the issue. Bottom line — product didn’t work for me and getting money back turned into a chore. I’m not after drama, just a fair resolution. If you’re thinking of subscribing, be aware: it might require more patience and technical back-and-forth than it’s worth, and refunds don’t seem easy to get.
