Honestly, I didn't have any transactional issues with Restaurant4less.com. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I experienced which I think is no fault of the company is a few nicks on the chair. I feel that likely happened during delivery of shipment. Overall, happy customer. Thanks again. Restaurant4less.com. ????

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST, DECEPTIVE AND ZERO INTEGRITY... This is by far the worst company we have ever ordered from. Complete disregard for customer service and integrity. Lied to us on multiple occasions and ruined our event by not having chair shipped and delivered on time. On three occasion verified and guaranteed being shipped, only to be notified later that they were out of stock, after calling back guaranteed they found some and would ship....day later notified out of stock....finally after being transferred and guaranteed we were speaking with a supervisor we offered to switch chairs to make sure we had by event time and they assured us they found the right chairs and were being shipped that day. Three days later and two days before the event....you guessed it. Notified us they were out of stock. Completely furious I threatened legal action which we are still following through with and they found the chairs and now today the day after the event I am being notified they are shipping today and will arrive Tuesday.....can a company be any worse. They lied and prevented us from getting substitute chairs in time for the event. Had they followed thru on their word or even been honest so we could order from another company our event would have gone off with out a hitch. Sadly the guests of Honor had to stand around their table all evening. I can guarantee that if our client comes back at us for that. It will be added to the law suit.
Table and 2 chairs
I ordered a table and two chairs. Over the course of about a week I received various pieces of my order. I have yet to receive the piece of the table that connects the top to the base. I did receive chair bases that were not part of my order. I have left multiple calls and emails and no response. Terrible customer service. When you call you get an automated line and wait forever to talk to someone and then have to leave a message for a callback and they never call back.
3 metal chairs
I purchased metal chairs on the 12th of May. I recieved an email stating that they fully shipped on the 13th. When my call was not responded to, I opened a case through PayPal, only the were my chairs shipped. I recieved 2 days later. They are small, they look like child sized chairs, and are the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever sat in. I gave 5 stars for ordering, only because they are very quick to take your money. I will never order from this company again, nor recommend them.

I ordered a table from them and received a FedEx shipping number which I tracked and it gave me a delivery date of Friday by close of business. I did not receive the order, so contact FedEx who told me that Restaurant Furiture 4 Less had gotten a FedEx label for the item but had never contacted FedEx to pick it up. I tried to call Customer Service at Furniture 4 Less and was told it was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, I checked my bank and Furniture 4 Less took my my money out four days before the item was supposed to be shipped so they were not waiting on payment. Now I am wondering if I got scammed!
