loved the feel and glow, hated the shade — the Capri turned me into a ghost. I should've ignored the color quiz and camera tips. Formula's lovely though, so I'm glad it worked texture-wise. Tip: trust your gut next time.
Still annoyed
I hesitated before ordering — felt sketchy about this small seller. Tried to cancel immediately after spotting my mistake, but they said no. Ended up wasting time and money. Oddly the package looked fine when it eventually showed up, at least.
Mixed feelings
Started skeptical — tried to cancel after ordering the wrong item and at first they wouldn't, which annoyed me a bit (I saw this on the app my colleague recommended). After one call they sorted it and refunded, so not great but okay.
Shade mismatch, but not all bad
Funny thing, I ordered this because my winter face needed a heavier cream, and the moisturizer turned out way too light for my skin. Return policy was annoying, no exchange. Still, other items were fine and shipping was fast — happy it wasn't worse, lesson learned, check swatches.
Found the one
Right when I unboxed it I knew I'd picked the right one — the shade actually matched, moisturizer wasn't greasy, just right for my skin. I’d had rough swaps before with other brands, so this felt like a little victory. Happy I ordered, honestly, pleasantly surprised.
That little wow moment
I was actually skeptical since I hadn't seen a confirmation, but I got it a few days later and tried it the same evening. First few minutes I thought, hey this is solid — tucked right into my routine. Kind of relieved and really happy it worked out, honestly.
Money taken, then radio silence
Odd feeling at checkout — I hesitated and almost backed out. Paid about £110 a week ago. No confirmation email. I sent bank proof when they said no order existed, but they still deny it. So still no product, no refund. I've had better luck elsewhere, sadly.
Sample turned into regular
Right after I ran out of the sample — funny how that happens — I ordered a couple more bottles. The website was easy enough, but one package had a small mix-up. I emailed support and expected the usual wait, since others have been slow before. They fixed it same day, and the replacement arrived quickly. Delivery and support actually saved this for me; pretty relieved.
Took a chance, paid off
I got a sample of the Vitamin C cleanser as a gift and hesitated to buy more — online orders feel risky and I wasn't sure it would last. After a couple weeks using it every morning with my routine, my skin calmed and coworkers noticed. I reordered. A small shipping glitch was fixed quickly after an email, which made me glad I stuck with it.
Lunch-break unboxing
I tore open the package during lunch, kinda nervous 'cause I needed something for my mature, textured skin and I saw they don't take returns once used — that made me hesitate. Shipping was stupid-fast though, so that helped. Tried the banana low light and the blush drops; the banana is too pale and the drops are pretty shimmery, they emphasized texture on my cheeks. Some doubts stuck, but quick delivery wins.
Still impressed months later
I honestly ended up loving these products — simple as that. I first saw them on a friend's vanity (shout to Maria who actually tipped me) and figured I'd try a mini set before committing — smart move, because the little pumps and the texture won me over. The pumps deliver the right amount every time, which is way less waste and kind of satisfying. The product pages are clear too, so picking the right cream felt easy instead of guessing. Shipping was quick and the minis are a clever sneak peek — surprised how quickly one small tube became my go-to.
Fast delivery, shaky returns
I ripped open the box mid-morning because I needed something quick — I’ve been hunting for makeup that won’t sink into fine lines after a bad foundation mishap. Delivery was crazy fast, and that saved me, but customer service and the no-return-on-used rule rubbed me wrong. The banana low-light was too pale and the blush drops way too shimmery; they only highlight texture. It’s not terrible, just not right for my mature skin.
Simple pump, reliable feel
sometimes the pump needs an extra press, but overall it's solid, useful, and I use it regularly.
Finally a keeper
I saw an article saying the cream celebs use and the summer sale made me click. I needed something gentle—my skin's super sensitive and a couple of products gave me red, itchy patches before—so I was nervous. No flare-ups here though, which is a relief. The cream feels light, sinks in fast and you really don't need much; I keep telling myself to use less. Hard to judge long-term effects yet, but my skin looks calmer and masks (Vitamin C and Oxygen) left it smooth and soft. I usually reach for Murad, but this range is worth exploring. Pretty glad I tried it.
Quietly Impressed
I picked this up during a summer sale on a whim — not expecting much, honestly. I have sensitive skin (always nervous about new stuff), but so far zero irritation. The cream has a light, silky feel, absorbs fast and layers nicely under sunscreen and makeup; I only need a pea-sized amount, which is nice. I’ve also tried the Vitamin C and Oxygen masks from the same line on lazy Sunday routines — they smooth and soften without any tackiness. Can’t claim major changes yet, it's only been a few weeks, but it’s become a reliable part of my morning and evening routine and I plan to test more items.
Almost didn’t buy, but glad I gave it a shot
a holiday set that showed up beat up and a couple of items that felt lighter than they should. At first I blamed shipping or a retailer, but I still hesitated. After deciding to order, I emailed customer service about two masks because I like to check batch codes and expiry stuff. Their response was honest: they couldn’t confirm production dates, which is annoying and felt like a big miss for a brand at this price point. On the plus side, the items I got were sealed properly and actually worked for my skin — I’m relieved they weren’t expired or damaged this time. Customer service was decent and offered to replace one thing I wasn’t sure about, which I appreciated. So, mixed feelings: I’m glad the products performed and that the team was responsive, but I’m still uneasy about the tracking and transparency. If you care about traceability, ask questions up front and keep photos of packages. I’d buy again, but only after checking availability and maybe waiting for clearer policies. All in all, surprised in a good way by the product itself, still hoping the brand tightens up on quality tracking.
Quick delivery, friendly support — mixed feelings
I’ll order again because of the seamless delivery and helpful reps, but I’m a bit wary until they can prove better traceability. A small sigh of disappointment, but not the end of the road.
Eye Brightening Cream
I've been really impressed with this eye brightening cream. It has done an amazing job of lightening up the dark skin under my eyes, which got darker from using my glaucoma eye drops. I've tried other concealers before, even high-end brands like Chanel, but none of them have worked as well as this cream. Not only does it lighten the dark circles, but it also doesn't sink into the lines and wrinkles, making my skin look smoother and more even. I would definitely suggest this product to anyone trying to deal with dark circles around their eyes.
Cream purchase
This cream is seriously amazing! I ordered it online and it was so easy. They kept me updated on when it would arrive, and it came in a really cute package, all safe and sound. The cream itself is fantastic, it feels great on my skin and it just melts right in. I absolutely love it!
Luxurious skincare products
The products from this brand are amazing, like seriously. I've never felt my skin so incredibly soft and smooth until I started using their creams and lotions. And let's talk about the packaging - it's absolutely gorgeous and really gives off that luxurious vibe. You can tell they put a lot of effort and thought into every single product they make. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Dark circle concealer
I've always used this popular brand to cover up my dark under eyes, but as I'm getting older, it's starting to show in the lines. So, I thought I'd give this... Read onBy: Sallie
