There’s a weird hollow spot I can feel every morning, like the mattress remembers all the nights I didn’t sleep well. We actually liked the Saatva at first — it felt supportive and worth the money — but after a few years it started coming apart inside. Not dramatic, just seams and internal bits shifting so the middle sags. It changed how the bed feels; I wake up with a sore back more often and I’m adjusting pillows and positions like a maniac. Right now we’re basically sleeping on the boxspring with a sleeping pad and some camping blankets because our mattress is at their repair facility. It’s been gone for over a month.
The delivery that stole the show (and the weird phone call)

Two polite guys showed up on time, carried the twin up three flights without a single grumble, unboxed it cleanly and joked about Tetris moves while I tried not to cry with relief. The bed itself felt a little different than the one I bought two years ago (edges less firm, still breaking in?), but honestly after a few nights it settled in. The low point was customer service: I emailed about a price drop within 30 days and they flat-out said no credits, and a rep on the phone got kind of defensive — we just kept talking past each other until I let it go. So yeah, delivery and setup were top notch, mattress comfort ended up fine, but the price game and that phone call left a sour note. Overall mixed feelings, but sleep is good.
