Surprised it's here, honestly, the thing actually works great for my daily commute, but shipping to South Africa was messy, as usual, delayed twice, tracking confusing, customer service slow and unhelpful. Frustrating, honestly.
Noticed a change
Right after week two I noticed my skin calmer and brighter — customer service helped tweak my routine, which actually mattered. Recommend trying a few products for me.
Surprising little win
I almost didn’t buy this triphala serum — skeptical from past flops — but tried it two weeks ago and noticed melasma fading already. First night it felt gentle; my doubts mostly melted, still kinda surprised, honestly.
Bathroom hesitation, now happy
I stood in my bathroom hesitating before buying, worried it'd do nothing. Used it mornings and nights for a week and my skin already looks better. Customer service sorted a shipping mix-up quickly, so I'm glad I bought it.
Quietly useful marma comb
Was skeptical at first, but the marma comb actually works. I keep it on my bathroom shelf and use it every morning and sometimes at night — short, gentle strokes on scalp and face. It feels cool, slightly toothy, loosens tight muscles, helps circulation and, well, helps me de-stress. Low fuss, fits my routine.
Liked it, with small caveats
Overall, solid kit — would buy again, but it's not flawless. The Triphala Pigmentation Corrector actually brightened my skin (surprising), left it plump and not tight. Textures are nice, packaging feels luxe but a bit fiddly. Compared to other indie brands I've tried, Sachi is less gimmicky, though price is a touch high. Still, mostly impressed and will repurchase.
Tiny bottle, big surprise
Honestly, this is my go-to — it cleared up my fading patches in about a week, really. I was skeptical at first, but after the first night my skin calmed and by day seven things looked normal again. I slap it on morning and night before work, and yeah, wish the bottle was bigger.
