I bought a big car cover for my Triumph Spitfire from this company, but I was really let down by what I got. It was way too huge, could probably cover two cars, and when I contacted customer service, they said it was past the 30-day return policy and couldn't help me. I wasn't happy with how they handled it and it left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I'd recommend people to think twice before buying from this company.
Exchange for a new car cover
My car cover didn't fit quite right at first, but the company reached out and hooked me up with a better one for free. Now it fits like a glove! Shout out to the customer service team for being super helpful.
Truck cover replacement
I got a truck cover that ended up being too small, but the customer service was seriously amazing and hooked me up with the right size. They made me feel like a rockstar and even sent me the replacement for free! The team, especially Tom, was just awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. He was the bomb! I'm thrilled with my new truck cover, it fits perfectly and looks awesome on my truck. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing!
Car cover fitment issue resolved
I just had a problem fitting my car cover and contacted customer service for help. Alan and Andrew were really nice and helped me get a return label so I could quickly exchange it. I love the quality of these covers, we have them on all our other cars too and they always stay put, even in windy weather. I definitely recommend these covers and I'm grateful for the awesome customer service from the company.
Boat cover
Do not buy this product as a trailerable boat cover. The one I purchased did not last 40 minutes before coming loose and then tearing. The straps do not secure it and the elastic band will not hold a cover tight. At best this is a stationary dust cover.
Jetski Cover
I purchased a jetski cover after reading their marketing messaging and viewing their pictures. Company claims a tight fit and shows pictures of the cover fitting tightly. This information is all inacurate and deceiving. The cover fits poorly and is mediocre quality. When I returned the item due to it not fitting, I was only issued a partial refund despite returning the cover in it's original packaging and in the same condition as I received it. This company has no integrity and misleads consumers to buy their products under false marketing, then keeps a portion of customers' money upon returning the inferior product that does not match their claims. I suggest you avoid this company due to their shady business practices.
A snowmobile Cover
I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a cover that was supposed to fit my model snowmobile. It did not even come close to being the correct size. I inquired about an exchange and or return of the product and was told that I could not do either initially due to my 30 day window of return ( I was on day 32). Finally had one of their reps agree to do an exchange for me, I sent back the product and waiting for shipping on the larger cover that they suggested would fit. To date, nothing has been shipped out. I paid for a product and have not recieved anything. Customer service is terrible on their platform, I have had to inquire multiple times to get anyone to answer me on when the new cover would be shipped out. Additionally, they wont refund my money still. Keep saying " My situation is under review for correct cover sizing". Dont order, save your money, buy elsewhere. Buyer beware.
Boat Cover
Do not buy from this scam company. I used their cover selection tool. Gave Make, Model and year as required and the cover was not close to fitting. Got a return label and sent it back and received a replacement. Replacement cover is about two feet too long and ill fitting. The video on how to install the cover is useless. I believe the call center is overseas. I could have gotten a better fitting cover from Walmart for half the price. Very poorly run company.

My Seal SKin Cover is the best car cover I've had. Ordering was easy, it came quick. I didn't deal with service much but it was fine.
I have had my Seal Skin Cover for 3 yrs now, no problems at all.
Another brand's cover ripped first year I had it. Looking to get another for my jet ski now. At end of the day, you think a car cover is a car cover but I'll stick with the one that lasted longest for me for best value for the $. I would (and will) buy again.Motorcycle cover
Negative. Never buy from seal skin. Send me 2 that are smaller than I need. Charge 20 percent for a return after they were unable to fit my bike. Told me two time they could send me one that fits but failed to meet their promises. STAY AEAY FROM SEAL SKIN COVERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISES WHAT THEY DON'T DELIVERY!!!

Boat and Outboard Cover
I was sent the wrong cover for my boat, the wrong cover for my outboard and they refuse to take care of the issue. I ordered this before leaving on my vacation. Now they refuse to send the correct product in time for me to use it for the trip I have planned. I can not even get them to email me a reutrun label that they say must be shipped back before they will do anything to take care of thier mistake. Nor will they have a supervisor call me. Its hard to even begin to explain the ridiculousness.
Corvette Cover, ATV cover, fishing boat cover.
I have been through 3 different covers from 3 different companies for my Corvette alone and none stood up to the weather or test of time. They all tore or shredded or just didn't fit right so werent' really protecting much. I ordered the latest one from Seal Skin and never looked back. It fits like a glove, keeps it protected from all the elements and then some. The only covers in the game that come with a 10 year warranty. What more do you really need? If you're going to spend the money spend it with the ones who back up their product 100%. Seal Skin does. I ordered for my ATV and my fishing boat after I got my Vette cover and was very happy with both product and service. IT's great quality. can't say more than that.
Best car cover from the ones i tried hands down. Fast shipping, best service experience. I had anotoher brand before, think it was carcovers.com and it tore first year, ive had my seal skin for 3 yrs now. My 84 Regal is a princess lol Only the best for her. I am ordering one for my Kawasaki jet ski to store it for winter next. I will update my review following or add another to see how that goes. Hoping it fits as well as the Buicks does.
