Late afternoon, two days in a row my phone buzzed and I thought, finally — out for delivery. The tracking link they sent didn’t behave like a normal link; it opened some app where you’re suddenly asked to pay to keep following the shipment. That felt off from the start. By the end of day two I got a message saying delivery failed because the driver needed an entry code to get into my complex. That’s strange — there’s a call box, they could call me, and the leasing office is literally where they could leave parcels. Feels like no real attempt was made. I tried the carrier, they redirected me back to the seller, seller redirected me back to the carrier. A loop. The package status changed to “returned to warehouse” and then silence — no new delivery window, no call, nothing for days. I wanted to use the item right away, so I tried to track and expected a smooth handoff; instead I got confusion, extra fees in the tracking app, and waiting. Mildly annoyed, a little hopeful it’ll show up — but right now it’s just inconvenient and unreliable.
Not what I expected
I saw their ad on Instagram and even told my sister to check them out. The order arrived wrong. I sent every photo they asked for — like, every single angle — and followed their steps. Instead of fixing it, they kept dangling tiny discounts and partial refunds, hoping I'd just accept the mess. Felt like a slow negotiation instead of a fix. It wore me down. Customer service was polite enough but stuck to the script. In the end I got a refund that didn't feel fair. I was annoyed and a little embarrassed for recommending them. Quite honestly, not worth it.
