I needed three father-daughter necklaces for a last-minute anniversary, opened the box to find it empty, emailed them and still nervously waiting, though.
Weird charge, no package
I saw their ad on Instagram and told my buddy; paid with debit, saw 'TRENDYSPREAD' on my statement, never got anything and they're unreachable.
Slow delivery, finally sorted
Package was months late and I kept asking for a refund — felt ignored at first. Customer service finally replied, processed the refund and apologized. Not perfect, but they did fix it in the end.
Nice gift, small packaging oops
Overall I'm happy with this purchase — it made a sweet gift for my dad, arrived fast and the card looked great. First impression was good, but the pendant had come loose and wasn't in the little pouch, which bummed us out. Not perfect, but customer service helped after a bit, so still worth it.
Good enough for the move
I grabbed these boxes for a last-minute move and they held up — felt solid with heavy stuff, but one came dented and the card slots were snug. Needed them after a bad move, so overall pretty decent.
Surprisingly useful little box
I'm actually pretty happy with it — not the mahogany box from the ad, sure, it showed up in plain cardboard, but honestly it does what I need. I use it every morning to stash keys, sunglasses and coffee pods by the door. It’s light, fits on my shelf, and cleaned up my clutter. Support took a bit to reply but fixed the issue. Would buy again.
Half an order, half the story
don't expect to get what you paid for. I bought a little necklace in a wooden box as a Christmas present for my daughter after seeing their ad on Instagram, and only the empty box turned up. I sent a photo and they kept saying the order was "shipped complete," which was just... not true. They offered a $5 refund as "compensation" — I mean, come on — and wouldn't send the actual piece I paid for. The box itself was cute, so I had a flicker of hope, but the lack of follow-through and the canned replies soured it. I told a couple friends in our mom group not to bother; wasn't worth the hassle. Mildly annoyed, honestly.
