Worse online shopping experience at SkinCareRX. I placed an order and put all my information right. It ends up the staff transfer wrong address to Fedex. When I receive a email notice from Fedex, I realized They put the wrong address. Then I checked back to see what I put for the address to make sure it’s correct. After I double check, I’m 100% sure I put the right address, it’s their staff transfer the wrong one to Fedex. When I try to contact them, they said the package is delivered while I did not have anything. They said they have to wait for the package going back and refund me, which I don’t think they gonna do anything. And they said if they did not receive anything back, they won’t do anything for me!! What a terrible customer service and company they are!!!! Horrible company and customer service, making their customer paying for their own mistakes. And has no responsibility!!! If it ends up me getting nothing back, can I sue them? Never buy from it.
