Drill Bit Set
I recently bought a drill bit set from SmartSaker and gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They sent it out quickly and everything was right in the box. Only thing was, the drill bits were a bit smaller than I needed for a certain job. The 6-inch one didn’t fit right with the 4-inch screws. But I gotta admit, the 4-inch bits were good quality and worked well for smaller stuff. Plus, the charger that came with it was awesome - didn’t take forever to charge. And having two chargers included was a nice touch that made it super convenient.
My recent purchase of home tools
I just got some new tools for the house and I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed! The website had a ton of options to choose from and the prices were super affordable. Most of my stuff came in 1-3 weeks, which was awesome. For the few things that never showed up, I got in touch for a refund and the customer service team was really friendly and quick to help. They were always nice and made sure I got my money back when I needed it.
Drill, mini chain saws, accessories
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company - a drill, some mini chainsaws, you name it. Ordering was a breeze, got a tracking number and all. Couldn't really track the package, but it showed up in about 2.5 weeks, so no biggie. Everything I got was in tip-top shape.
Resolution of issue through Facebook
I had such a hard time trying to get in touch with this company. I ended up having to ask someone on Facebook to help me out, and luckily they were able to solve my issue. But man, why do they have to make it so tough to reach them?
Mini chainsaw 6 inch
I just bought the 6-inch mini chainsaw from SmartSaker, but it stopped working after only three months. When I tried to reach out to customer service through email, I got a message saying the inbox was full and not accepting new messages. It was really annoying not being able to communicate and left me unsure of what to do next about my broken product.
Mini Chainsaw
I have been trying for a half hour to send an inquiry as to how I can return the Mini chainsaw. It was ordered prior to my getting overheated working in the yard. Having A-fib with my heart, I can't afford to do yard work anymore. But there is only the address on the shipping label and I don't think that's where I should be sending the return. You do not have a phone number anywhere in your advertising and I have not been able to get my request emailed... I've hit the Submit button several times and it does not respond. Please contact me so I can get the chainsaw returned for a credit. Thank you
