Pants with unexpected details
I recently got some new pants from this store and hey, they had some good deals, but I gotta say, I was kinda let down by how the product descriptions weren't completely on point. The pictures and info didn't really show the fabric textures and other details accurately, so I ended up getting stuff in the wrong color or with surprises I wasn't expecting. Like, I wanted just plain navy blue pants for work, but when they arrived, the fabric had this waffle texture that I didn't sign up for. And then, there was another pair of pants with gold accents on the sides that they forgot to mention in the description. At least customer service was quick about giving me refunds, but it would be nice if the store stepped up their game with better product images and descriptions to avoid more mix-ups for other customers.
Clothing and accessories
I recently bought some clothes and accessories from Steals and man, they really know how to offer some sweet prices on designer stuff. The quality of the items I got was top-notch and I was pleasantly surprised by all the different choices they had on their website. The customer service from the Steals team was great, they made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have any problems while shopping. I was looking for some holiday gifts and they delivered my order right on time, which was awesome. I definitely recommend checking out Steals.com for some killer deals, it's my go-to when I need some cool and affordable stuff. Oh, and using their Shop App makes the whole shopping experience even better.
stunning dress purchase
I was so excited when I found this gorgeous dress on the Steals website. They had such a great selection and the prices were really good. But, when the dress arrived, it didn't fit me right and they were all sold out of other sizes. I was bummed out, but the customer service was super helpful. They were quick to respond and made the return process so easy. Even though I had a little hiccup, I'll definitely be coming back to shop on this site again. I've already told my friends about it and will keep spreading the word.
Shorts and t-shirt
I got some shorts and a t-shirt from this store, but they sent me the wrong size! At first, I was really mad about it, but then I emailed them and they sorted it out right away. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the wrong items they sent by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional they were in handling the situation. The shorts and t-shirt I received in the correct size are really cute and comfortable!
Online purchases
I really like all the different stuff you can find at Steals and those awesome sale prices they have. But gotta be real, I've had a few bummers with my orders. They keep sending me the wrong stuff, y'know? And don't even get me started on how they just chuck all the clothes in one bag like they don't care. Not cool. It would be awesome to see some changes in those areas.
Men's sequin tux
Oh my gosh, you guys, I snagged this awesome sequin tuxedo for such a good price! I was kinda nervous 'cause I saw some not-so-great reviews, but my experience turned out to be really awesome. Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was crazy fast, only took 4 days. The tux arrived right on time for my event and I got so many compliments on it. The only bummer was finding out later that I actually paid more than I thought.
Nice and the services are good
I am not sure if the steals are the best on out there but for me, they are one of my favorites, however, sometimes the price is not fit my budget
Talking about the things i bought from here is not that expensive but still. anyway, i am a big fan of the services. i remember there was an order which was late and they kept me updated all the time

I just bought some name brand clothes on sale, and let me tell you, the quality was surprisingly good for the prices I paid. They even stepped up their game with the fitting rooms - no more flimsy fabric walls and finally some chairs to sit on. But man, was it a bummer when I found out that all sales are final and you can't return anything.
Super nice sweater
I scored this awesome sweater at Steals and it's seriously so cool! The quality is amazing and the design is beautiful. Plus, I snagged it at a great price, so I'm feeling really happy about my buy. Definitely gonna recommend Steals to all my friends who are into snagging designer clothes on a budget.
Pair of shoes with Free & Easy Return option
I just bought these shoes online that said I could return them for free and easy, which sounded pretty good. But then, a few days later, I got a message saying they had to cancel my order because they were out of stock. They did give me my money back pretty quick, but I was bummed when I saw that they didn't refund the extra $3.00 I paid for the return option. I feel like it's not cool that they charged me for something I didn't even get to use.
