this didn’t work for me — it actually made things worse. I used both the cream and balm religiously (mornings, after every hand wash and before bed) for a month, and it stung every time I applied it. What started as two coin-size patches on my right palm spread to most of that palm, a few fingers, and a new coin-sized spot showed up on my left hand. I wanted it to help — I’d read others had luck — but nope. I switched to QV’s intensive wash and ointment and saw a big improvement. Kinda disappointing, I use my hands all day.
Almost skipped it

Prices aren’t ridiculous (they do bundles and the occasional buy-one-get-one), ordering was straightforward, and delivery was fine. Happy to not have to apologize every time I shake someone’s hand.
