hmm, thinner than I expected and the tag quietly mentioned a touch of real wooly goodness — tiny letters, tiny amount. I shrugged and shoved them under my jeans on a chilly Colorado morning. At first I was skeptical, like, are these just shiny fake leggings? They felt a little plasticky. I messaged customer service because the product blurb felt misleading. At first crickets. Then, after a polite reminder, a real person helped — sent return instructions and offered a replacement. The second pair was better. Still not luxury cashmere, but warmer and softer than the first. So yeah, annoying start, slow-ish delivery and a rocky reply, but support eventually stepped in and fixed it. I’m not raving, but I’m actually using them, which says something.
Not the smoothest ride
not activated, not activated, and then five days later they say they can't cancel. Delivery info? Vague, slow, like watching a kettle that won't boil. Customer service felt like a voicemail loop — polite at times but ultimately unhelpful and inconsistent. Maybe there's a system glitch, maybe not, but for me it was more hassle than it was worth. I'm annoyed, kind of tired of arguing about small sums, and I don't feel confident recommending them to friends. If you care about clear delivery and someone who actually fixes issues, I'd hold off or at least be ready to chase them.
