As a customer at the store, I thought the products had a cool idea and design. But man, the prices were kinda high. I bought 6 things and only really liked one of them. They gotta step up their game on quality and pricing to meet customer expectations.
Great skincare products
I really like these skincare products, they make my skin feel amazing and smell so good. But you know, sometimes they mess up my orders and forget to include the free gifts, which is a bummer. The one time they did give me a discount code, but it expired super fast before I could even use it, not cool. Overall, the products are good, but just keep an eye out for mistakes!
Eye cream purchase
I bought this eye cream from a little shop while I was on vacation not too long ago. But after using it for a few months, the pump on it stopped working right and the lid got stuck so bad I couldn't even open it. So I contacted the customer service folks at the company, and they told me that my bottle was an older version that had been improved since. They wouldn't replace it or give me a refund. I paid a lot for this stuff, and this whole situation has really left me feeling let down. I'm definitely not going to recommend them or buy from them again.

Oh my gosh, this place is seriously amazing! I bought some face masks and oils, and they are honestly amazing.
