Lab grown diamond ring purchase
Quick and helpful responses to questions about size and setting really helped with buying the ring. I definitely suggest this place because of their knowledge and great customer service. When the ring finally came, all of my concerns disappeared because it looked even better in person than I expected.
Engagement ring
The first time I bought a ring from this place, it was in a cheap ring holder, but the second time it came in a cool black leather one. The ring was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the photos online. I suggest asking for a nicer ring holder when you order to really step up the whole presentation. The customer service was excellent and ordering was easy. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the jewelry. Delivery was quick and easy.
Custom-made rings
The custom rings I got were absolutely stunning! The level of detail and craftsmanship was top-notch. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Although, I do have to mention that I didn't have the greatest time dealing with the customer service rep when I was checking on the progress of my order. Despite that, I am over the moon with the quality of the jewelry I ended up with.
