Quality products !Quality price
Excellent products ,everything All leading products like sofa ,bed frame , mattresses pillows folding foam beds and kids masks.All we had collected from here being natural and organic products for our new house
Last year in January we had shifted California from Jakarta.All household items we sold there and decided to buy all items new here.
We all family members spent very good time on hundred of web sites to find best items under our set budget .Even visited many showrooms but they confused us .
Finally find Futon .Gone for some reviews and picked from here.January to January one year completed ,perfect , absolutely perfect .Customer service experience
During my recent trip to the store, I was pleasantly surprised. I had seen some bad reviews online, so I was a little unsure, but it turned out to be better than I expected. There was this guy, Burt I think his name was, at the store in San Francisco who was super helpful and provided top-notch customer service. He really took his time to help me and my partner choose the right stuff for our products, and even customized some pillows for us. I was really impressed by how much he knew and how far he went to make sure we were happy with what we picked. I would definitely recommend this store based on the amazing service we got.
Lost parcel issue
I had a package that got lost in the mail, so I reached out to customer service. I talked to this lady named Nicola, who was really helpful and polite. She took down all my info, said she would look into it, and actually called me back to give me an update. Nicola confirmed that the delivery company had lost my package and right away arranged for a new one to be sent out. I'm so grateful for her personal attention and quick fix to the problem. Shout out to Nicola for all her help!
mattress purchase
The customer service over at Futon was top-notch. I gotta give a shoutout to Burt, the guy working at the SF showroom - he really knew his stuff when it came to all those natural and organic fiber/latex options they had. He took the time to walk me through all the different ways I could customize my mattress and helped me pick out the one that was just right for me. Can't wait to get another Futon Shop mattress for my guest room. Burt, you're the real MVP! Thanks a bunch!
Futon mattress purchase
I had a really good experience with this company. The folks there were super quick in getting back to me and gave me some really helpful advice. The shipping was fast and smooth, and I absolutely loved my futon mattress. It's seriously one of the comfiest futons I've ever had. I'll definitely be buying from them again down the road.

I used to have a futon mattress in the past and had a hard time finding a similar one in Florida. Then I found this one and I couldn't be happier. The materials are really high quality, the craftsmanship is impressive, and the support it offers is lasting. Plus, the eco-friendly fabrics used in it make me feel good about my purchase. I am so thrilled to have found my new favorite thing again.
