Halfway through unpacking a second box I remember grinning—these pieces slid right into my messy weekday routine. The fabric and finish feel solid, and the packaging kept everything neat. Only a small hiccup with one seam, but customer service handled it fast. I'm glad I found something reliable for commute and work-from-home days, will keep coming back.
Lesson learned, but the jeans looked great (when they fit)
I’m glad I tried them, but the whole return swap was a headache. I bought a pricey pair of jeans for my partner to wear on weekends and for casual nights out. At first glance they looked sharp. Sadly, they were way too big — like two sizes off. We tried a different style thinking that might fix it. Big mistake. The exchange process kept dragging. Customer service was slow and kind of dismissive, which I didn’t expect.
We sent the jeans back in perfect condition, tags and all. Then they told us they couldn’t refund because the jeans had been worn and the tags were gone — which wasn’t true. After all that the pair they sent back to us arrived in a parcel bag, no box, no receipt, and honestly looked worn. We took them to Flannels and were told they could be copies, which made everything feel even worse.
I use jeans a lot — errands, dinners, walking the dog, quick coffee runs — so fit and trust matter. These would have been great for everyday wear if the sizing and handling had been right. Instead I end up chasing emails, filing a complaint, and feeling annoyed. On the bright side, this pushed me to be more careful with where I buy high-end stuff and to take photos when returning items. So yeah, frustrating, but at least I learned something and my partner still wants a reliable pair that actually fits.They actually fit, who knew

Found the right fit, almost by accident
I was moving and needed basic tees—had a crappy order before—so when the rep actually helped me pick sizes and the shirts arrived fast with a tiny handwritten note, yeah, that's when I felt relieved, really.
