    Boxes matter — they ruined the gift plan

    I’m done being patient until they fix the packing. I bought a bunch of items here for gifts and for everyday wear, and half the time the necklaces show up in flimsy bags tangled into a hopeless knot. That’s the takeaway — the product is fine, the packaging is not, and it keeps happening. I use these pieces for birthdays and small celebrations, and I don’t want to hand someone a tangled mess or spend my afternoon trying to unpick knots with sore fingers. I’m practical, not picky, but this is annoying and avoidable.
    I’ve spent a fair amount with them over months and the same pattern repeats: marketing photos and product pages say items come in boxes, but the warehouse sends them in bags. Then I get a replacement, same bag, same mess. I’ve even written on the return paperwork asking specifically for boxes on the replacement shipment — nothing changes. It feels like no one actually closes the loop with the people packing the orders. Customer service is friendly and apologetic, which is fine for a quick chat, but apologies don’t stop the necklaces from arriving knotted the next time. I asked them to pass feedback up to the warehouse manager or process owner so it wouldn’t keep happening. Nothing. Crickets.
    Also, returning things is a hassle: print another label, repackage, tape it up, drive to the post office. Time I don’t get back. And honestly, every return probably adds to their operating costs, which they hide in prices, so in the end everyone pays a bit more. I do like their selection — they have pieces I can actually wear every day — so I’m not trashing the product itself. It’s just the fulfillment basics that are broken.
    A small detail that bugged me: inconsistent company info and addresses on shipping paperwork, plus a customer rep with a British accent which made me double-check who I was actually talking to. That’s not a dealbreaker, but it adds to the impression of sloppy operations.
    If they tightened up their packing standards — put necklaces in boxes when they say they will, train the pickers — I’d keep buying. Until then, I can’t recommend them for gifts or for anyone who doesn’t want to wrestle with knots.

    Saturday morning surprise

    Opened the box Saturday morning, still half skeptical. Ordered two watches and they came sooner than I expected. The red chronograph is great for day-to-day, the steel Phantom looks way classier than I thought. Setup was easy. Customer service replied fast to a question. Delivery was solid. Pretty, pretty happy with it.

    Packaging keeps failing, and nobody owns it

    I’m done being patient — this company keeps sending jewelry in flimsy bags and not taking responsibility, so I can’t recommend them. I started ordering from them about a year ago, buying multiple pieces at a time (many as gifts), and at first I thought, yeah, the product quality is okay — nothing fancy, but fine. That changed quickly. Pretty much every multi-item order ends up with pendant necklaces tangled into a mess because they’re shipped loose in little plastic bags instead of the boxes listed on the product pages. I’ve returned items more than once only to get replacements that arrive the same way — bagged and knotted — so you do the return dance again. It’s not rare for me; I’d estimate this happens around three out of four multi-piece orders. At some point you stop thinking it’s a fluke. I’m not asking for perfection, but I am asking that advertised packaging actually be included when I pay for it. I’ve written “please include boxes” on return paperwork before — twice — and still no boxes on the resend. Customer service always apologizes (they mean well, usually with a British-sounding accent, which is odd) but they don’t follow up with anyone who can change warehouse practices. I’ve asked, politely, for someone accountable to escalate this, to have a warehouse contact own the fix; nothing ever changes. So I end up printing another shipping label, taping another package, driving to the post office — wasting my time and gas for items that were supposed to be gifts. The financial side matters too: every time they fail, there’s hidden cost baked into their pricing, because repeat failures are not free for the business either. On the rare occasions when the packaging is correct and the pieces aren’t tangled, the jewelry itself is fine enough to be worth the price. That’s the frustrating part — it’s fixable, but they don’t. Also, there’s confusing info on company name/address online and the customer service accents don’t match the listed locations, which makes me wonder about management and oversight. I’m leaving this review because I asked for accountability and never saw it. If they actually changed their warehouse process I’d update this; until then, buyer beware — especially if you need items gift-ready.

    Ring purchase

    I just bought a ring from this company and honestly, I was super let down by the quality. It looked and felt so cheap, like it was made out of plastic or something. I tried reaching out to customer service to find out what it was actually made of, but didn't get any response back. Even though they said it was Rhodium, I'm not convinced that's true. The fact that they weren't upfront about it and the bad quality of the ring just made me feel so annoyed and like I wasted my money.
