Customized diamond ring
I just bought a custom diamond ring from this jewelry store, and let me tell you, I am really happy with how great it turned out. The whole process, from picking out the design to getting the finished ring, was smooth and quick. The staff knew their stuff and walked me through my choices to help me find the perfect ring for my special someone. The ring itself is beautifully made, even better than I had hoped for. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone in search of a special and classy piece of jewelry.
Earrings
45+ days and they still haven’t shipped my order. Have given 6 different shipping deadlines they have failed to keep.
Late international order
I can't believe it! I ordered this item weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Why couldn't they just mention on the product page that it's not shipping from the US? Dealing with international shipping for a piece of jewelry is such a hassle. I'm beyond disappointed right now.
Necklace purchase
I ordered this necklace a long time ago and it still hasn't been sent out! I really want my bling bling now! The first one took forever to get to me, and then it shows up broken and missing a stone! What even! They did send me a new one and refunded my money, which was nice I guess. But, I don't think I'll be buying from them again. Just not worth the wait, you know?
