They suggested trying a smaller 14 mm pair and asked me to send a link to the one I wanted. The option I picked was twice what I originally paid, which made me wince, but they shipped the smaller pair for free. The moment I knew I was truly satisfied was when the new lenses slid in easily and felt normal, no poking, no fuss. That relief hit me more than the friendly messages did. I've had poor returns and silence from other companies before, so this honestly stood out. I ordered again yesterday. Still kind of surprised, in a good way.
