I needed help for my bad back; they finally answered—fixed, oddly fast
Loved it, then it split
I hesitated for ages because it cost a ton and I'd been burned before by flashy toys that fell apart in a month. I took the plunge anyway. At first, I was hooked — honestly one of my favorite toys when it worked. Then the silicone split. They sent a replacement, that one didn't work. Third one split again. I sent photos and asked for a refund; their reply was basically "no refunds" but sure, here's another replacement — a different, pricier model. That one lasted longer but now it's split in two places and stopped working. So yeah, great when it works, misery when it doesn't. Still gutted. I've had better luck with smaller brands, weirdly.
Expensive toy broke 3 times
I wasted a ton of cash on this toy that just kept falling apart! The first one broke, the replacement didn't work, and then the third one fell apart too. Tried to get my money back but they refused. They shipped me another version that was more expensive, lasted a bit longer, but still ended up breaking. It's a shame they don't hold up because when they actually worked, they were the coolest toy ever!
