Scratch issues within a year
Sorry to say, but I got some real bad scratches on my surface in less than a year, even though I bought special wheels to try and avoid that. They've made it look pretty bad and totally messed up how nice it used to look. I tried reaching out to customer service about it, but they couldn't really help or replace it.
Glass chair mat purchase
I recently bought a glass chair mat to protect my hardwood floors, but it ended up being a letdown. The glass mat just randomly shattered after a few months, making a mess and costing me 500 bucks. I contacted the company for help, sent them pics of the damage like they asked, but then never heard back from them. The lack of communication and support was really disappointing, and now I'm pretty upset. Comparing that to Costco, where I got a cheaper glass mat that's still going strong, really shows how bad the customer service and product quality is with this company. I suggest looking elsewhere before buying from them.
Chair mat purchase
I bought a chair mat from this company and they said it had a lifetime warranty. But, after using it for only two years, I saw it had a bunch of scratches on it. I sent in a warranty claim form and pictures twice now, but it's been four weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm really let down and annoyed by their lack of response and not honoring their warranty like they promise. I thought they would have better customer service and be more responsible for standing by their warranty. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest getting their products to anyone.
